You may be asking yourself a very important question.

[ Round One ]

Judges review the entries in their assigned category.

They choose one winner for each category and winners for special awards (banners and sticker prizes). 

[ Round Two ]

A new set of judges will read the stories that have previously won their categories.

Winners of special awards will not continue to Round Two. 

Then the judges will choose the top 3 books from the winning pool of all categories to receive the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
