*Ayla's POV*

We ended up telling the police and the word got out about it. Everyone in the school knows that he raped me... His friends say it's a lie and bully me. Some chose to ignore the situation and not say anything. Some just give me sad looks in the hall. Iris, Dina, Melo, Will, and Daijon have stood by my side though.

It was the last class of the day, finally. I was taking notes when a piece of paper was handed to me. I looked at where it came from and a girl, I knew only from this class, slumped down in her seat. I looked at her confused but then opened the note. It read,

"Hey so I heard what happened with you and Marcus and uh.. I had that happen to me too but I don't know who to tell or how to tell someone. If maybe we could talk I would really enjoy that. Here's my number 123-456-7890"

I looked over at her with the sad people have gave me. I nodded at her and tucked the note into my hoodie pocket. I sighed a little and finished taking my notes. He did it to other girls? What the fuck is wrong with him?! He is so fucking terrible...

After school I met up with Dina and Iris at Iris's car. "So you know the girl from the Bio in the last period?" I looked at Dina.
"Yeah," she nodded, "Why?"
"She gave me a note during the class. I guess Marcus did it to her and I'm gonna talk to her about it."
"Really?" Iris looked at me with wide eyes.
"What a fucking prick," Dina scoffed.
"I know," I sighed, "I'm gonna invite her over after dinner with Melo."
"Okay," Dina nodded.
"Okay," Iris said at the same time.

"What's on your mind?" Melo asked as he took a bite of his food. He took us out to Golden Corral and it was just us two again. "Just someone wants to talk about Marcus I guess it happened to her," I told him, poking at my food.
"I'm sorry baby," he sighed, looking at me.
"It's alright. Maybe she can testify against him if this goes through trial," I shrugged.
"You're right," he nodded.
"So Imma just be alright," I laughed a little.
"So anyways," He smiled at me, "The homecoming dance it in a few weeks."
"And?" I smiled at him, starting to eat again.
"You gonna go?" he asked.
"I might go with Iris, Dina is going with Will," I giggled.
"I heard, that's how I know its coming up," he chuckled, "You gon go with me so get a dress or whatever."
"Really?" I smiled at him.
"Yeah I'll pay if you need me to," he nodded, eating.
"No it's alright," I smiled at him, "Will you come over after I talk to her?"
"Yeah of course I will babe," he nodded, feeding me a bite of his food. I giggled and took a bite of it off his fork. I smiled at him and ate my food as well. We finished up dinner and he paid the bill for us. He took us back to his car and drove me to his place. I sent the girl a message and gave her my address to come talk. She said she was on her way to come. I gave Melo a kiss on his cheek and got out of the car. He waved at me as I walked in. I shut the door behind me and took a breath. I sat on the couch, tapping my foot. My parents weren't home yet so it would be just us talking.

There was a knock on the door after a few minutes. I got up and opened it. She stood there, her normal hoodie and leggings on. "Come in," I nodded, moving so she could come in. She took her shoes off and I led us into the living room. We sat down on the couch. "What's your name again?" I asked her.
"Melody," she nodded, her voice was super soft.
"Oh okay I'm Ayla," I nodded, "Go ahead and talk, I'll listen."
"Can you first? I'm really nervous," she let out a small laugh, "I haven't ever talked about it." I could hear it in her voice she was broken. Just as bad as I was. I told her everything that happened, in detail. Then it was her turn. It was just about the same thing that happened.

LaMelo came over after she left. He laid in my bed next to me and wrapped his arms around me. Neither of us said a word. I put my head on his chest and we were silent. It wasn't awkward though. I let out a sigh and then it happened. Tears started rushing down my face. I was finally doing better. I slept in my own bed last night, all night, no issues. Now I don't even wanna be in this room anymore. It's terrible. Melo's arms gripped around me as he just stayed quiet, letting me cry to him. "Shhh," he whispered, "No one can hurt you while I'm here, I swear."
