6:24 A.M

I woke up to my alarm clock. I rolled myself out of bed and dragged myself to the bathroom to get ready. I got showered and then put on my uniform for school. I walked downstairs to grabbed cereal. Mom left a note saying that she's gone for grocery shopping. I ate my cereal and walked back upstairs to brush my teeth and prepare my school bag. Once I finished. I drifted off to school.

   After school I got home and mom wasn't here. This was the perfect time to play some music from YouTube. I grabbed my phone and went to YouTube. I started to play God Is A Woman. I put on my headphones and dance away. Following this rule was hard, but worth it. I might loose my reputation cause of this stupid rule.

I heard my mom's car pull up at the drive way. I immediately got rid of the music I was playing and hopped into the shower. Mom came in.

"Sweetie. Your in the shower?" Mom asked.
"Yeah. I took a nap earlier." I lied.
"Okay then." Mom said. She then closed the door and I finish my shower.

I threw on some clothes and I came downstairs. To asked my mom a question.

"Mom. My friend invited me to a party. Could I go?" I asked.
"No. Don't you remember rule number 10. NO parties. Now please, have some dinner." My mom said.
"Dang it." I mumbled.

When we ate, it was so silent like usual. I remember when Dad use to sing us a song he wrote. It made it fun, but it's just feels lifeless now.

"So, How was school?" Mom asked trying to start a conversation.
"Good, I did well in the quizzes and stuff." I said.
"That's good." Mom said.
"How was your day?" I asked.
"Horrible, one of my coworkers played music during his presentation, awful." Mom said. She really hates music.
   "Yucks." I tried to follow.
   "It gets worse, it was one of your dads songs." Mom said.
   "That son of a bulldog." I said.
   "Ugh. Anyways get ready for bed." Mom said.
   "Okay then." I said.

   I go to the kitchen and put my dishes to the sink and went upstairs. I sat on my bed. Thinking, what the heck should I do in life. Then my phone dinged.
