C h r i s t i a n - Chapter seven
"So you're going on tour and want me to tag along?" I nod my head and watch her face light up, but ten she frowns. "I dont think your fans would like me coming along. I mean im just another girl getting in the way of them having you."
"Toni, they know we're best friends. Just say you're with Kirsten and then we can hang out after the shows and meets!" She crosses her arms and leans against the counter.
"When do we need to pack?" I smile and hug her. "When does touring end anyways?" I pull back and smile softly.
"August something. I cant remember!" She throws her head back in laughter and kicks herself off of the counter doors. I follow her into the living area and plop myself down on the couch. "We leave tomorrow actually."
"Are you serious?" She gapes at me and then throws her arms around being dramatic. "That means I have to pack now! Come help me." I groan and lay on the couch. "Come on lazy. I'll buy you Taco Bell after." I lift my head up and run up her stairs.
She grabs out a suit case and start shoving clothes into it. I help her with picking out some outfits since we might go out and do something after shows. I watch her move around her room, packing things into smaller bags and laying them in her suit case.
I couldnt help but see how beautiful she is. Her bright blue eyes that would always stare back into mine when we talked. Her light tan skin from living in Las Angeles for all her life. The way she blushed at the little compliments. Her smile that made her stand out from everyone else.
"Christian?" I shake my head and look at Toni who was closing her suit case and shoving it under her bed. "Im starving, lets go get lunch okay?" I nod my head and place my beanie onto my head.
I have known Toni for about a month now and the time has passed by so quickly. Shes the most outrageous, loud, and amazing girl ever. I never knew we would be friends. When I first saw her I thought she was pretty and wouldnt even talk to me.
That all changed when she looked at me that day and smiled. I couldnt see anybody else besides her. Like we were the only people in the room. Call me romantic or whatever but its the truth.
I open her door and let her get into my car, closing it behind her. I always do this no matter how many times she tells me I dont need too. I get into my car and pull out of the driveway, and driving down the road to Taco Bell.
"Why were you staring at me back in my room?" I glance at Toni who was looking at her phone. "It wasnt creepy or anything. Ive been noticing that you do it a lot lately."
"I have?" I look over at her and see her nodding her head. I shrug and look out the front window. "I didnt realize. I guess its just because you're beautiful." She laughs and lays her head back on the seat.
"Thank you." We continue the drive in silence which was really awkward. I had to admit that I have a little crush on Toni. Im afraid to say anything about it because I dont want to ruin our friendship. Maybe this tour will make me realize being friends is way better.
But maybe this tour will make me like her even more.
I pull into a parking space in front of Taco Bell and unbuckle my seat belt. Toni is already opening the door of the food place and walks inside.
I follow behind her and stand on her right side as she orders her food. I order mine and pay as she grabs the cup and walks to the fountain drinks.
I grab mine and walk after her. She didn't seem to be in the mood to talk or anything. So I just kept quiet.
We sit down in a booth and wait for our number to be called. She gets up and grabs the tray as the the guy yells out our number.
She plops it down onto the table and grabs her food, sipping on her Mountain Dew.
"Have you ever had a crush on someone?" She chokes a little on her drink and coughs. I lean forward and she waves her hand at me.
"We'll that was out of the blue. I mean I have liked someone before when I was young but, I haven't for a long time." I smile and watch as she blushes.
"I've never really had a crush on someone." She nods her head and takes a bite out of her chicken taco.
"Do you have a crush on someone now?" I laugh and shrug my shoulders. She smirks and looks at her phone.
"Do you want to go back to my place after this? Play some video games?" She nods her head and finishes her taco.
"As long as you make me some green tea." I chuckle and nod my head, smiling as she looks up from her second taco blushing.
