"What do you mean she lost her memory?!" Barry yelled into his phone.
Iris had gotten caught in the cross fire of a battle Barry was having with a meta that Cisco called perception. Perception had the ability to mess with people's minds. She had taken Iris hostage, and when Barry was fighting her Iris got hit by her powers. When Barry took her back to Star labs, she was unconscious. She had been for about 3 days. Barry jumped when he got the call saying she woke up.
"Look, I'll be right there. Don't let her leave!" Barry said before hanging up his phone. He raced to star labs to see Iris fending off Cisco and Catlin with a needle. Cisco was holding his arm in pain but yelling at her still.
"Barry! Barry she stabbed me with a needle!" Cisco said.
"You two need to calm down." Barry said, making the other two fall back. Iris held a needle up to Barry still. She was afraid.
"Hey Iris." Barry said softly. "It's Barry. I'm your husband." He said, holding up his hand to show her his ring. She looked at her hand to see a matching one.
"How can I trust that? Maybe you put that ring in me when I was sleeping!" She said.
"Cisco. Will you bring up some of our wedding photos on the TV?" Barry said, trying to walk closer to her. Cisco did as he was told. Iris looked over to the screen and saw a slide show of the wedding photos.
"Who are they then?" Iris said, lowering the needle slightly.
"That's Cisco and that's Catlin. They are our friends." He said.
"Why am I hear?" She said, the needle at her waist now.
"You got hurt Iris." Catlin said.
"Iris?" Iris said, taking out her wallet. She looked at her ID.

When Iris put the needle down, Barry hugged her. Barry, Catlin, and Cisco filled Iris in on what she wasn't remembering. She didn't completely believe most of it. Twords the end of the day, Barry brought Iris back to their loft. He gave her a tour and then sat on the couch to talk.
"So how long have we been married?" She asked, playing with the ring on her finger.
"A couple of months." He said. Iris looked around and picked up a picture of Joe and Wally.
"Who are these people?" Iris asked.
"That's your brother Wally, and your dad Joe." Barry said.
"Why didn't I see them when I woke up?" She asked.
"They didn't know you woke up. Do you want me to call them?" Barry asked. Iris nodded slowly, still looking at the picture.
Barry called Joe and Wally. They arrived soon after together. Joe went quickly and hugged Iris tightly.
   "Uh-joe-" Barry tried to say.
"Why isn't she hugging him back?" Wally whispered to Barry.
"She- um - she doesn't remember him. Or anyone for that part." He said.
     "What?" Wally said.
"I'm so glad your back Iris!" Joe said, letting go of the hug.
     "Um- joe..." Barry said.
"Barry, what in the hell could be so important?" Joe said turning around. Barry went over and whispered to joe about what happened. Joe's face contorted to one of horror. He looked over to his daughter again, she was holding the picture of joe and Wally. She pointed at Wally and looked up at him.
"Your this one" she Mumbled. Wally went over and hugged her. He nodded when she pointed at the picture again. The four of them jumped at the sudden sound of the phone ringing.
"Oh? Oh that's great! Yeah we'll be right over!" Barry said, quickly hanging up the phone.
     "That sounded hopeful." Wally said.
"Cisco found a way to restore her memory. We have to get her to star labs" Barry said.
"Well, why are we standing over here for. Let's go!" Wally said.
"For two speedsters, you guys are slow." Joe said sarcastically, taking his daughter by the hand and leading her out the door.
