Part 6 - The Other Side

Meanwhile on the other side.....

Tiana's P.O.V.

I couldn't believe this was all happening. My girls and I all filed onto the huge bus after Philip. "Hello again ladies" Kameron said. "Phil can't help but rescue damsels in distress", he said. "Hey man, what was I supposed to do, leave them out there?" Phil fired back. "Aye, I'm all for better company than you chumps all night", Kameron said. Kameron and Duggy sat lounging on the bus on their phones. I felt a quick jab in my side. "Ouch! What?" I said to Candy after she gave me a hard elbow to the ribs. "Sorry, it wasn't supposed to be that hard", she said giggling. "Snap out of it", she whispered to me pulling me down into seat. I didn't realize I had sort of zoned out staring at Kameron. It's funny that Candy was the one bringing me out of my daze since she was the one freaking out all night. Honestly, we all were freaking out. Not only did we see an amazing show staring Papa Squirrel, but we are hanging out with our favorite band and they couldn't be cooler. We just had to contain our fangirling in front of the guys.

"It's gonna be about an hour before we take off, is that okay?", I heard Philip say, addressing the group. "I'm off my feet for the first time in six hours, so I'm good", Marie said. "No complaints here" I said, finally relaxing a little. "You ladies want a little dancing juice?" Kameron asked playfully shaking a bottle of Patron. "I wouldn't mind", I said excitedly because a drink sounded just about perfect right about now. "Come get it shawty", Kameron said to me while pouring shots in plastic cups. I walked over to the table where he had set up his makeshift bar to observe him. "Oh man, no limes, no salt, nothing", I said, already feeling my chest burn just thinking about the impending shot. "Oh you can't handle it", Kameron said. "I can hang, I just like to drink girly shit, Candy and Brina are the hard drinkers", I said of my friends. "We'll be right back", I heard Philip say as I looked over and saw him and Candy making their way to the door. "Get it girl", I mouthed to Candy as we locked eyes. She rolled her eyes, smiling at me as she left with Philip. "Yeah I bet they will be right back" Duggy said laughing. "You don't think they're gonna...." Marie said. "If Phil has anything to do with it they will. He's definitely going to try", Kameron said handing out shots. "Thanks", Sabrina said accepting her drink. "He's been flirting with her all night", she said. "Well, I hope she lets her hair down and have a little fun. God knows she needs it", I said thinking of my best friend. "She has had such a hard few months. Philip cracking that back is exactly what she needs!" "Agreed", Marie said. "I just want her to be smart and safe about it", she continued. "Stop being a mom!" Sabrina and I said at the same time in the same tone.

We all burst into laughter as Phredley walked in from what I'm guessing is where the guys sleep.   "Greetings ladies! I see Phil got his way and got you all on the bus" he said plugging his phone into a wall jack. "Hi Phred", we all sang back to him. "Hey do you guys have any chargers we can use?" Marie asked holding up her cell phone. Phredley pulled out a basket of cords and chargers for us to sift through. "Are we gonna take these shots or am I drinking by myself tonight?" Kameron asked after we all had our phones charging. Handing Phredley one of the cups intended for Philip or Candy, Kameron lifted his own cup in a toast. "To Miss Candy letting her hair down", he said. Toast of "cheers" rang all around as I downed the contents of my cup in one gulp. We sat around drinking and laughing with the guys. Two more shots later I was feeling pretty damn good as the guys debated over what music to play. Once my phone had come back to life, I decided to text Candy and check up on her. Marie had already text her not getting a response. "What did she say", Kameron asked me from his seat next to me. "Nothing! Nothing at all! Not a damn thing!" I told him, laughing. "Her phone might still be dead", Sabrina said. She was standing with Phredley and Duggy who were trying to teach her the Treasure dance. Uncoordinated and drunk as hell, she tried her best as Marie just laughed and took pictures and video of her. "Best night ever!" I said laughing at my friends.

"Why do you guys keep saying that", Kameron asked sipping his drink. "Uhh duh, because it is", I answered. Just then the door to the bus swung open. Expecting it to be Candy returning with Phil, I was surprised to see Dre stepping onto the bus. "So this is the party bus tonight", he said surveying the group.  "That's them", Phredley said, pointing to us girls. "Best night ever", Sabrina said drunkenly. "I can see that", Dre said laughing. "Shit!" I exclaimed loudly with all eyes turning to me. "Sorry", I said. "Candy has the party stash", I said. "Damn it, she does", Marie says. "Party stash? There is plenty of liquor in here", Dre said opening a mini fridge heavily stocked with alcohol. "Umm, not that type of stash", I said timidly. "Oh, I see", Kameron said, leaving his seat next to me. "You know, I just remembered that there were four of you", Phredley said. "Candy is with Phil", Sabrina told him. "Ahh... Well that makes sense. He was on the hunt for her since he saw her" he said. "Yeah, it's been a while since that's happened for him", Duggy chimed in as Kameron returned. He took his seat next to me again handing me a freshly rolled blunt.

"Why Kameron, whatever made you think that I would partake in such things!" I said trying my best to sound innocent and offended. He just gave me the "really" face and handed me a lighter. I laughed and lit up. "Well, you guys are fine here. The crew is taking their sweet time tonight so I'm gonna finish my sweep. I'll be back later", Dre said. "Wait", I said to him, passing to Brina who was sitting to my left. "When you get to Candy can you please tell her to pick up her damn phone and let us know she's good? I know she has some charge on her phone, she's too smart for that", I said. "And tell her she is no longer in charge of the party stash because she can't be trusted", Sabrina added. "Question", Duggy said. "How the hell did she get the "Party Stash" in the arena?" he asked. "Good question", Dre said. "Easy. They were already rolled and we just stuffed them in a tampon case. No one ever questions tampons in a girls purse", I told them. "Wow. Okay! I'll pass the message. You guys don't get into too much trouble" Dre said exiting the bus.

We continued getting lifted, listening to music and laughing. More drinks were poured and thankfully, the guys pulled out some snack plates with fruit, cheese and crackers. We definitely needed to eat something with all the alcohol we were consuming. Phredley's interest peeked when Sabrina mentioned that she loved playing the guitar. He procured two beautiful acoustic guitars and the two of them began jamming away. "Music is always the answer", I said as they started playing a Bon Jovi tune. "So tell me Tiana, what special talents do you have", Kameron said to me in a low, sexy voice. "Oh, my talents lie elsewhere", I said seductively. Wait, was I blatantly flirting? Clearly I have hit my limit. "Sorry Kameron, I guess I've had more than I should have", I said scooting away from him. He scooted closer to me, lightly putting his arm around my shoulder. "Call me Kam, baby" he whispered in my ear. Ok, so he's flirting back. Well this is interesting. "Okay, Kam". He smirked at me, (a sexy sight if I do say so) as he moved even closer to me and kissed me behind my ear. I let out a long sigh. "Oh so you just gon' jump right in there huh?" "You started it", he said to me, returning my seductive stare. "Maybe", I said, feeling bolder because of the alcohol and weed in my system. "But this is your bus, so I'm in no position to finish it". "Oh, I can put you in a few positions" he said. "Really.......Show me".
