Chapter 6

It's the start of summer vacation. I saw my son a lot now and my daughter. Of course they come see me secretly cause I don't want their dads finding out that I'm back in Derry but Derry is a small town so I wouldn't be surprised if one of them or both of them showed up at the door wanting a second chance. Penny was in his human form and let's just say Beverly threw rocks at Henry and his "friends" so I decided to make them dinner. They may not get along outside of my house but inside my house they have the sibling relationship there and always put it first here. Bill....I mean pennywise have been torturing the loser club. Beverly and Henry don't know that pennywise is bill. They think he's a normal guy and not some demonic clown. They don't even know I'm like him as well. I know sooner or later they will find out. A knock on the door was heard snapping me out of my thoughts.

"I'll get it" bill said and went to the front door and opened it "hey you two. Come on in" he said happily

"Thanks bill" Beverly said and came inside with Henry

"Hi kids" I said coming out of the kitchen and hug them both as they hug me back and said "hi mom"

My heart beated so fast when they called me that. I didn't even think I deserved that name but I guess I did deserve the name. I looked at Henry's forehead to see if it was healing properly and to see that it was.

"Dinner will be ready in a few minutes just go and sit down in the living room and watch tv" I said with a smile

They smiled and nod. Bill looked at me and kissed my cheek then followed Beverly and Henry to the living room. I went back to the kitchen and continued cooking. I look in the living room to see the kids uncomfortable and keeping their hands in their laps.

"Look kids. You can loosen up a bit. You know like move your hands to cross your arms or whatever. You don't have to be so stiff" bill said as he looked at the both of them

They looked at bill then at eachother and loosened up more. They were always like that when it was just me or bill here or the both of us.

"Well.......our dads aren't well like........" Beverly Stuttered

Henry interrupted Beverly "What she's trying to say is our dads aren't nice to us. Beverly's father uses her and my dad beats the shit out of me" he said and looked down

I frowned at hearing this. My babies were being hurt over the years I've been gone. I looked at bill and I can smell and tell from the look on his face that he felt really guilty. I went back to the kitchen and was trying to continue to cook but tears started to come down my face. I hear the tv turn on and I quickly wipe my tears and continue cooking. I finished cooking the spaghetti I was making with spicy meat sauce.

"Dinner is ready!" I said and Beverly and Henry came in with bill and started dishing up, bill pulled me to the side and looked at me.

"I know you heard what they said" he whispered

I frowned and brought him to the hall way. "Yeah I did hear everything and I feel bad for not staying with them and making them feel safe" I whispered

"Yeah I know and you feel guilty but you shouldn't be. I even feel guilty on messing with them cause one, their your kids and two, because of their life's" he whispered to me

I hugged him and he hugged me. I felt happy that I have someone their for me to help me even from centuries ago he's still there for me. When we broke the hug and sat down at the table with Beverly and Henry they talked about their day and how things are in their life's. Henry has told me that his father has been beating him with his belt on his back and has scars from it which is why he "kind of" acts out to other. I told him before he life I had some cream to give him so it'd help his scars. Beverly has told me that her father takes advantage of her and I told her that I'd protect her from him. After dinner I walked my kids to their home but when I walked Beverly home she told me at the bottom of the stairs was fine and that she'd walk to her apartment.

"No Beverly. I'm your mother and I will walk you to your room if I have to" I told her while looking straight into her eyes

She nodded and we walked up the stairs and to her apartment. She opened the door slowly and looked to see if he was on the couch but he wasn't so I walked in with her to her bedroom but that corner where you turn to go to the bathroom that was next to her bedroom was her dad that came and looked at her. It scared me cause I haven't been in this apartment since I was pregnant with bev. Her father looked at me then back at Beverly.

"Why is she here" he said with such anger in his voice

"She's my mother and she said she would walk me to my room if she had to" Beverly said looking away from him

He looked at me "you taught her to fight back" he said

"I taught her things that I couldn't do when I was pregnant with her" I said glaring at him "now will you move so she can go to bed and that I know she's safe" I added

He moved out of the way and I brought her into her room then I closed the door and she locked it. I leave the apartment not say anything more to her father cause of how disgusted I was knowing he's taking advantage of our daughter. Inside of me growled and my eyes glowed of a golden colored. I wanted to hurt him. NO...........I want to eat him cause his fear is me........
