Your Pov
it was about another 20-25 minutes until the uber came to a stop.
it parked in front of a huge, i mean huge hotel.
i opened the car door and stepped out looking up at the hotel, then closing the door behind me.
my uber driver also got out of the car and opened the trunk, then taking my luggage out.
i walked over to him and grabbed my luggage, thanking him as i walked towards the hotels huge door.
i opened the hotel doors and walked up to the counter
"can i get just a standard room" i ask the lady behind the counter
"for how many days would you like to be staying?" she responds
"um... a week" i say, thinking i'm probably going to want to move to a hotel closer to jacob
"okay.. would you like a double bed or a king bed" she says looking at me and then at her computer
"the king bed please" i say, then looking into my backpack taking out my wallet
"that'll be 230" she says, looking at me
i hand her 230 and she hands me my room card with my room number on it
"thank you" i say, grabbing the handle of my luggage then making my way towards the hall
"no problem" i hear her say, me walking towards the elevator
my room was on the 8th floor so i push number 8 and wait, i then get a buzz on my phone to see it's from jacob
jacob ❤️: heyy, watcha doin :)
y/n: making my way to my hotel room, whatta bout you?
i type, almost immediately
i see the elevator door open and i walk out with my luggage to find my room.
"room 408" i whisper to myself looking walking down the hall
"hey! what are you looking for?"
i hear a male voice say from across the hall.
i turn over to see a guy my age walking over to me
"um... 408, i cant find it" i say handing him my card still looking around
"oh, that's right next to mine" he says, handing me my card then walking over to where he came out from
i go to grab my luggage when he says
"oh! my manners, do you need help with that?"
he says, pointing to my luggage
"ohh no it's okay, i got it. thank you though" i say, giving him a friendly smile
he gives me a smile back and heads over to my room
"thank you" i say swiping the card on the door handle and opening my door
"no problem" he says, giving me a smile then walking into his room
wow he was hot.
