Josh POV-
Most people usually assumed Josh was gay. I mean, he was gay, like 221% gay but they had no right to assume he was. Today he'd be meeting Tyler at the park, which happened to be his best friend, and his crush. Tyler was most likely straight, everyone shipping him with that 'Jenna Black'. She was nice, but.. She was off. I guess you could say that she's fake.

Josh looked through his wardrobe, trying to find something nice, that would impress Tyler, but not look like he was trying to hard. Maybe something that says 'I'm single and gay!!' I mean Josh would wear something like that, if he had more than two outfits. He sighed. He NEEDS to go shopping. He threw on his cleanest outfit, which probably wasn't even clean. So much for picking a nice outfit.

The park was about 10 minutes away, and it was 2:45, which left him enough time to get to the park at 3. He looked at his phone and received a text from Tyler.

Tyjo💕: I'm headed to the park. Cya there 😏😏

TYLER POV.
2:45. Tyler was completely ready, but he had that feeling as if he was missing something.. He was woken up at 11AM by his father who was going to work, because he fell asleep on the porch. He took a shower, put on a nice outfit, and has everything ready. Tyler really liked Josh. So he dressed to impress. Right, the thing he was missing was texting Josh to let him know he was on his way.

Tyjo: I'm headed to the park. Cya there 😏😏
Joshie😩💦: Ok, my dad is making me do dishes so I'll be like a minute late cya there ❤️❤️
Tyjo: ❤️❤️

Tyler hops on his bike and starts his ride to the park. To get to the park you have to go through a trail that happens to run through a forest, and it is so nice. The air flowing all around him, and the scenery was beautiful. Trees everywhere, a luscious green, new trees growing. To see lil tiny trees growing, it makes Tyler so happy, his favorite tree, he marked just a year ago with red spray paint.

The tree represents how Tyler is growing. He marked it as soon as he acknowledged who he was. He knew he liked boys, but was he bi? Gay? he was mostly just confused. He didn't like Jenna the way people said he did, so was he just.. gay? He marked the tree with red when he acknowledged that he  liked boys. Marked it with orange when he realized that he was actually somewhat of an importance. And he plans on a yellow, green, blue, and purple to show how he has grown.

Tyler decided to stop by the tree and look at it. His accomplishments were held by this tree. Yes it wasn't a BIG tree like the others, but it seemed to be the most important. Tyler took a deep breath, and hopped back on his bike, and finally was at the rickety old park.

No one goes here much, it's really buried in the forest, it's off trail. There's a swing-set, a slide, (the metal one that gives 3rd degree burns) monkey bars, and one of those structures that has a rocket ship at the top, and has 3 plastic slides in total feeding out of it. It wasn't much, but it was a good place to hang out, since it's practically abandoned. Everything creaks and shakes but, it's no matter when you're with a friend. (Josh) the area was filled with sand, and surrounded by trees and various plants.  It was beautiful, and the sight was always more beautiful with Josh. Speaking of which, where was Josh?

And as if right on queue, Josh stumbled over right onto the playground passing out in a pool of his own blood.
