5) Operation Clone

3rd POV

Bentley, Murray and Carmelita is in front of the sphinx and are searching for the secret door to the catacombs. While Slytunkhamen and (Y/N) are already inside the pyramide and waiting around a corner where they can see two scorpion guards are guarding a cell door, with princess Lapis inside. Apparently is she a caracal cat. (Y/N) think they are cute. She actually have one at home, at her sanctuary. (Y/N) live in a farm with her parents, and instead of adventuring, have the parents decided to safe stray and injured animals from all around the world, and (Y/N) has been taking care of all of them.

''We have found the entrance and are in position for a decoy. But nothing about Sly.'' Says Bentley through the earpiece.

''We have a vision on princess Lapis, and no Sly either. But the guards do have his cane.'' Says (Y/N) back and look at the guard to the right of the cell door. 

''We can search for him in the catacombs while we are tracking attention.'' Says Carmelita then and warm up her shock pistol. 

''Sounds like a plan. Waiting for you guys to begin.'' Says (Y/N) and smile when she hear an explosion further down a tunnel. The two guards does run to look at what is happening, but they hesitate to leave their post.

''We can't leave the prisnor. He would be so pissed.'' Says the guard on the left. Then another explosion and you can hear other guards shouting for help.

''But this intruder are trying to get her. Better stop them right away.'' Says the guard to the right and place Sly's cane on the wall beside the cell door. The two guards runs towards all the noises and give (Y/N) and Slytunkhamen green light to get the princess. They run towards the cell and look right at the princess who is sitting in the far corner, trying to hide herself.

''Princess Lapis. I am Slytunkhamen and this is my friend (Y/N). We are here to get you out.'' Princess Lapis look up to us and her eyes are stunning emerald colored. She wear an old, but royal, Egypten cloths. Short, many braided hair and a golden snake headband.(Y/N) start to take off her clothes, making the princess look confused at her

''What are you doing?'' Ask Princess Lapis confused at (Y/N).

''Don't worry. The plan is simple. I take your place and you are going with Slytunkhamen and get captured along with our friends, so you can understand the situation of your kingdom." Explain (Y/N) and mentioning for the princess to change cloths with her. Slytunkhamen is a gentlemen and turn his back to the girls. "The royal adviser is the one behind this and wanna make your dad force you to marry him. If you know the truth and point it to your father, then it's over for the adviser.'' (Y/N) reach out and touch princess Lapis. (Y/N) get the long ears and fur like make-up. Slytunkhamen open the cell door and let princess Lapis out. Then (Y/N) walk inside the cell and sit right where princess Lapis was. 

''You are shorter, but maybe try telling the adviser that he has been out in the sun to much.'' Says Slytunkhamen and take Sly's cane and the binocucom. (Y/N) nodded and watch the two running towards the chaos and the gang. 

Bentley POV

We have taken down all the guards and took the change to look for Sly. He must be down here somewhere. As we walk, do we see a bunch of cell rooms. I wheeled myself near to one and look behind the bars. A tail is moving from side to side, and it belong to no other than my pal.

''Sly, pal. Thank goodness you are alive.'' I grab the bars as Carmelita and Murray closer. Sly look up and his eyes are full with happiness.

''Guys, you are here, but how?'' Ask Sly and run over to the bars and look at all of his friend. He doesn't wear his usual blue jacket, but an Egypten skirt like Slytunkhamen.

''We tell you later, but the plan is to get captured with Slytunkhamen, where we will get transported inside the palace. We have everything covered, just follow our lead.'' I explain and wheel aside so that Murray can break the door. Sly nodded and let us lead the way to meet with Slytunkhamen and princess Lapis. We cross paths and Sly get his cane back.

''Everything is set. 'Princess Lapis' is placed and the royal adviser is coming.'' Says Slytunkhamen and hold hands with the real princess.

''Good to know.'' Says Carmelita and place her shock pistol on its holder. We walk towards the pyramide exit when somebody is coming.

''Hold. Surrender yourself or take the consequence.'' It's the adviser. He had the royal army with him and they are surrounding us. We all raise our hands and surrender, and get captured. We all get handcuffed, and they take our weapons away. They push us towards the exit, but stop at a cell where (Y/N) is. ''Ah, princess Lapis. I am the royal adviser and are here to safe you.'' Says the adviser and held his arms open for her to run in, which she did and keep her head down. Without any other conversation, do we get transported to the palace and right into the throne room. At the throne sits the one and only Pharaoh.

''Your majesty, the royal adviser has returned.'' Says a maid. Pharaoh sits up straight and look sharply at us.

''My dearest pharaoh. I present to you, princess Lapis.'' The adviser step aside to show (Y/N) in her discusses.

"My dear daughter." Says the Pharaoh in relief and run right at (Y/N) and hug her tight. "Oh, thank goodness you are alright." (Y/N) push Pharaoh kindly away and smile sadly at him.

"Sorry to say this, but I am not your daughter. She is." Says (Y/N) and look over to the real one. Princess Lapis take a step forward and look up and (Y/N) pull of the hood for her to show the real face of princess Lapis. "We safe her and pull over a clone trick, so that she could see something with her own eyes." Princess Lapis get the handcuffs off and get back her snake crown and quickly pointed her finger at the adviser.

"He is the person who did this. Mysteriously coming and become the royal adviser and change everything right away. He had make our people suffer. The streets of our own kingdom, is deserted and lonely. And he also the reason for my kidnapping." Explain princess Lapis and look angry at the adviser.

"The criminals have been messing with her head. I would never do such a thing." Says the adviser as an excuse, but we won't be fooled. Pharaoh scream for the guards to catch him and put him in jail, and get his doom later on. He try to get free and run, but Sly get free of his cuffs with ease and jump right on the adviser's back, making him fall to the ground.

"A little payback for last time." Says Sly and step aside for the guards to take him away.

"I can't thank you enough for getting my daughter. Is there anything I could give you as a reward?" Ask Pharaoh to show his respect.

"We got our pal back, and that is enough for us." I said and make my robot arm hug Sly from the side.

"Knowing that the princess is safe, is good enough for me." Says Slytunkhamen and bowed for the princess. (Y/N) said she just wanna help, but princess Lapis didn't wanna accept that. She takes off her crown off and put it back on (Y/N)'s head.

"A symbol for my respect. Please keep it, as a memory for what you did to me and my kingdom." Says princess Lapis and walk away with her father. Later on do they arrive back at the invisible van, after getting Sly's stuff at the hideout. (Y/N) take a deep breath, which gets our attention, and look back at us with a small smile.

"Well, maybe it is time to explain some stuff."
