Eva POV
I walk out of the hospital a new person. I won't be the broken little girl I once was, I will be strong and brave. My past is the one thing I am going to look for before I bring a fight to the mutts that are thinking themselves above me. My brain agrees with my chosen path but my heart yearns for a partner to stand by me during this journey. "And here I thought you would notice me" I gasped as I heard the familiar voice of my best friend. I run and barrel him with the biggest hug. "I thought you left" was all I mumbled out into his chest. "I would never leave you here alone." He whispered back. My heart flutters when he told me that and I start to think whether he is the one I have waited for but never knew until now." I think Charlotte wants to see me too." I suggest as I pull away and Anya even wants to be closer to him again. "Yeah, let's go." He says somewhat sadly? As I shake my head totally dismissing the thought that he likes me back. We walk towards his bike and I hop on the back wrapping my arms around his waist and I can feel his toned abs through the shirt. As we drive off I look back thinking would I really want the throne and am I ready to take the throne.
As we arrive Charlotte is standing at the door jumping up and down in anticipation of me coming home. My mum is also there with an almost scared look in her eyes which makes me feel very uncomfortable. I step out of the car and I get knocked down by Char jumping on me almost in tears mumbling 'how much she missed me' and 'you aren't allowed to drive any more cars alone'. I laughed and pushed her off me then ran to my mum hugging her. She tensed for a few seconds and then melted into my hug. I started crying because how much I missed them. I stand back to let my tears dry. Watching mum and Nico talking was nice and Charlotte was grabbing my bags from the car saying I needed a badass new look instead of my normally straight hair. My tattoos are my favourite feature and I think I might get one more this time symbolising my love for my brother. A hand suddenly waves in front of my face. "Hello anyone in there?" I laugh at Charlotte's antics but just drag her inside after waving goodbye at Nico.
Nico POV
As she drags her friend inside I follow her with my eyes smiling as she waves goodbye at me. "You are going to protect her. I can see it now." Her mum smiles when she said that. "Yeah with my life." Was my only reply as I watch the girl I have fallen hard for smiling and laughing with her friend. Her mum nods and walks inside closing the front door. I sigh and turn my back walking towards my bike thinking about how she might just fall for Leo instead of me.
Eva POV
I smile as Charlotte throws my clothes on the ground looking for an outfit to go out and get my tat in. "Come on give me magic." is all she is saying as she sorts and throws barely missing my head. "HERE PUT THIS ON NOW YOUNG LADY!" She screamed which made me jump out of my skin. I look at the outfit and walk to my bathroom and put it on. As I walk out she gasps and makes me look in the mirror.

She then sat me down and got to work on my hair and makeup so we can go get the art on my skin. After about thirty minutes she finally finishes grumpy that I didn't take care of my hair better.

My smile can't get any bigger as I see the me I always wanted looking back at me saying 'You got this.' I turn to grab my bag and we go to her car and drive off to the tattoo parlour. On our way there our song comes on and we start singing.

We finish with a fit of giggles. We turn into the car park and I breathe in and walk out the car put my hand on the door and open it.
