7 Minutes in Heaven

I'm gonna kill that guy! I thought as I stomped back to my cabin, green slime covering me from head to toe. My red curls were a mess, and only my green orbs seemed to go well with this disgusting mixture. I guess even a daughter of Poseidon couldn't dry off slime.

I slammed my cabin door shut, storming in the bathroom, leaving my older brother Percy, confused. I took off my clothes and muttered curses before hopping in the shower.

"Stupid Leo Valdez," I growled, "I'll show him." And began scrubbing off the goo.

It took a while, but I finally managed to clean myself up and change. An orange muscle tee Camp shirt that Piper gave me, shorts and black high-cut converse.

As I got out, I locked eyes with no other than Leo Valdez, who had a huge grinned plastered on his face. He was accompanied by my friend, Raili. She stayed behind him, in a much safer distance.

I grumbled and ignored him as I walked past, trying to get to Raili. But I guess Leo was here for a reason, cause he held on to my arm and pulled me closer. I turned around and glared at him, forcing him to let me go. But that guy had an iron grip, cause he gripped onto me tighter, his grin widening.

"What do you want!?" I hissed.

He chuckled and loosened the grip on my arm.

"Oh, come on, Sharkie. Don't be like that." He said, calling me with that awful nickname.

"Don't call me that!" I said, yanking my arm away and stomping towards Raili.

"Whatever you say, Sharkie!" He called after me.

I dragged Raili as far as I could before I allowed her to speak.

She just sighed.

"You really hate him, do you?" She started,

"And he hates me," I added.

"I don't think so. I think it's just harmless pranks,"

"Harmless!? He splashed me with green slime!"

"And you dyed his hair pink!" Raili said quite defensively,

"For a week only," I muttered.

She just shook her head.

"What am I going to do with you?"

I huffed.

"Ooh, shut up. Now, is that the only thing you were here for or what?"

"Well, no." She began, "I'm inviting you to play 7 Minutes in Heaven with us."

"Us?" I asked.

"Yeah, us. Percy, Annabeth, Piper... The usual. And that includes the Stolls, Rachel, Nico, Reyna and even Octavian."

I thought about it for a bit.

"Is Leo gonna be there?"

"Well... Yes."

"Have fun."

"Danika!"

I grumbled.

"Alright, alright, fine, I'll go. But if I ever get paired up with Valdez, i'm blaming you."
