Director: Alright, guys we still have 6 scenes left to shoot, but that's a wrap for today's shooting.

The crowd cheered.

Director: Now, I think you all know what time it is..?

Everyone on set screamed: THE PREMIERE BALL !!!
And then everyone began cheering again and eventually, we were all heading out and to our dressing rooms to be dressed for the ball. Getting ready for the ball was a bit different than dressing for another scene. The scenes in the movie required a simpler teenage look with maybe just lip gloss and touching up the curls in my hair. But for the Ball, my makeup designer went a step further. My character is supposed to be nice and sweet so I didn't go all smoky eye like Skyler, but I still had a lot of makeup on, it was just made so it looked natural. I had pale colors to help my complexion and it looked very subtle, like I had such little makeup. Then, my hair stylist added a bunch of curls in my hair. Just when she was about to put it in a bun, she decided it would look much better down.

After we finished that situation, it was time for the dress. I had some girls help me get into my dress because it was a little complicated and delicate than usual. First, I had my panty hose on. I had to wear this special bra that had some weird thing (I didn't really keep up with what they were telling me) that held onto the dress and made the dress more illuminating. The dress was sleeveless and a kind of corsage top. The dress was really, really beautiful.  It was a short black and white dress. The top was white and was encrusted with gorgeous gems and sparkles and little details to make it look elegant. The white fabric itself was some silky (not silk, but a fabric very close to it) fabric and it was stunning. The skirt of the dress was a short puffy skirt. It was layered with lace fabrics, and the outermost part of the skirt had little details on it with the silky fabric. Thankfully, it fit my body perfectly and exaggerated my curves.

While we were putting the dress on, the other ladies were slipping on some accessories on me. I had two bracelets with large beads and a black choker necklace that had a silver gem on it just like the dress. It had little details also, in the black silky stuff. A white watch was put on my other wrist, and some ladies were touching up my nails. They weren't anything special just painted with white nail polish.

I looked in the mirror and gasped. It was too much. I mean, I looked amazing. It was one of the first times I felt this great in a while. Then, one of my stylists placed a cute hat on my head. It had that 80's actress kinda feel.   I was finished. I looked great. I was about to walk out when I remembered- SHOES!

The girls laughed at me and I laughed along. Then, they pulled out a pair of flats. They were white with the same silky fabric at the top of my dress. At the front of the shoes, they had a large gem that sat on a flower of black lace. It was really pretty and they matched perfectly. I looked in the mirror again and  smiled. I looked back at the ladies.
Me: Anything else?
One of the girls handed me a purse that matched the shoes, and then I was out. The security guards were standing there and lead me to the limo.

Roc: .. so I was thinking that it would probably be more interesting and more convenient if we had it that way. I mean, it's all in the interest of entertainment, right? It seems the fans would like it better, too. Because the movie is already like that so we can..-

Director: No, no, Roc, you're right. You are absolutely correct. I don’t know why I didn't think of that before. Unfortunately, it’s a bit too late and the girls are probably already in their limos-

Roc: No, it's ok. I can fill them in. Besides, we're already doing it with one, why not the others?

Director: Well, it's only two.

Roc: Well, then why not two?

Director:.. you've got a point there, sir.

Roc: Yes, I do and thank you. Now, Imma be on my way to the Ball.

Director: Alright, I'll see you there.

The bodyguards stood around Roc Royal and lead him to the limo.

When the limos reached the ball, fans were going crazy. There were several reporters here to capture this moment. The lights.. the craziness of it all. It was almost overwhelming. First, Prince and Skyler came out. They played it like a real couple. He held her close and smiled. I had to smile too, just seeing them. It was cute… and funny, knowing the truth. Next came the girls of the band. They walked out like best friends. Then, the rest of Kings Of Queens. Prod and Sahana walked out and I honestly got really excited. Those two were sooo cute and I missed Sahana. In the ball, I was definitely gonna try and talk to her and Saph. Then, Ray and Saph came out and they were too cute for words. Ray spun Saph around, held her close, and then pecked her on the cheek. She giggled, and then he put his arm around her and they walked down the red carpet. Cameras flashed at them for a while. Then, it was my turn. I felt a little embarrassed coming out alone. But as I was about to get ready to get out, the other door opened and someone got out of the car. I almost FREAKED cause I had no idea someone else was in the car NEXT TO ME?!? It was way too dark to tell and I couldn't hear anything because I had my earbuds on trying to calm myself down. When the person got out into the light, I saw it was Roc. "The fuck is he up to..?" I wondered. He smiled at the crowd, fixed his tuxedo jacket, and then came around to open the limo door for me. I raised an eyebrow at him and as he bend down with one hand out to me, trying to look like a gentleman, he whispered, "Just play along, Lex. Director's orders."

I immediately understood exactly what was up. But I really had no choice, so  I just listened. I took Roc's hand and I got out of the limo. Roc put his arm around my waist and pulled me close as we walked down the red carpet. We smiled and posed for the cameras. Many reporters came trying to ask questions but we weren't supposed to answer anything until we got in the Ballroom, so the security guards pushed them away.

When we got in, it was HUGE. There were people everywhere.  High class, people too like actors and actresses. There wasn't anything that I had to do, really. It was just a party, so we had to just enjoy ourselves until we get further instructions. I looked around and saw Princeton and Skyler were together and cameras were following them, snapping as much pictures as possible. Prod and Sahana were dancing. I saw there was nobody in this one corner of the room, so I walked over there, Roc trailing close behind. I had to talk to him about this so we talked quietly.

Me: So.. what the hell is up with this?

Roc: What?

Me: Why are we pretending to be dating?

Roc: Well, we haven't started shooting those scenes yet, but my character and your character in the movie secretly date.

Me: But Austin and Adrienne already secretly date.

Roc: Well, now we do too..

Roc: Why? Am I seriously that horrible?

I looked him in the eye. Roc really seemed to be changing. He used to be such a sweetheart. I mean, he still is, but it seems like the tables are changing a little and he's becoming the one to think only about himself. Im not saying he is, but he seems like it.

Roc must've seen the worry and confusion mixing in my eyes, because he wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tight. This hug brought me back to when we used to date back in the summer. I honestly missed Roc. And maybe it wouldn't be so bad to fake date him. I mean, Prince and I trust each other. Nothing's gonna happen.
