Donnie has this gap on his teeth because he was trying to build something out of Splinter's old stuff with a hammer when he was still a noob. He smashes the hammer at a rubber cork with a nail stuck on it, then it bounced back at his teeth, and the poor boi never had a complete set of teeth ever again..
