When the turtles we're younger , Leo was always the sickly One, Donnie became more and more worried everytime Leo got sick, so he snuck out the sewers, picked up a few herbs lying on the ground and made a cure out of it, and it worked! Donnie was so happy that he continued studying about medics, he even wants to become a doctor one day, if mutants were welcome to step out of the shadows....
