The line went flat.
There was no more beeping noises.
No more machine rattles.
No more "Clears!".
I fell to my knees and sobbed so hard that my whole face heart.
My heart shattered into a million pieces.
I ran back to the room and fell into Kendall's arms.
"Grayson.. what happened?" She asked, her voice cracking.
"Hayden Willows Family" a male voice boomed through the room.
I stood up and sludged my way over to him.
"Yes?" I asked.
"Im sorry to say this.. but Mrs. Willows didn't make it" he sighed, softly.
"What?!" I shouted, but it only came out as a whisper.
"I'm sorry for you're loss... please, take you're time" he said and walked away.
"Daddy.. What happened? Where's mommy?" A squeaky voice asked.
I felt two small arms wrap around my leg.
I looked down to see a puffy eye Dakotah.
I bent down and hugged her.
"Mommy left" I cried.
"When is she coming back.." Dakotah asked.
"She isn't..."
