Veronica walked down the hall with her boyfriend Archie. Betty ran up to them. "V, can I talk to you?" Veronica nodded and kissed Archie on the cheek before walking away with Betty. "What's up B?"

Betty took a deep breath. "I am going to join the serpents." Veronica started laughing but stopped once she saw Betty's serious face. "You aren't serious right?" "Yeah, I am joining the serpents."

"I don't believe it. Betty joining is more than just doing the serpent dance. Also, Jughead doesn't like you he isn't going to let you in." "Try to convince him, please? This is the only way my crush will notice me."

Veronica looked at her best friend. "Omg, you like Jughead." "No, trust me, I don't." "Then who is it?" Betty bit her lip, she couldn't tell her best friend that her crush was Archie.

Veronica nodded," well I have to find choni, see you later." She kissed betty on the cheek and walked off. Betty saw her walk down the hall. The girl walked with confidence, her head held high. Veronica Lodge was an actual living princess.

Southside loved her, she wasn't a serpent herself. But she would always go to the meeting to support her best friend jughead, or how she called him torombolo. Northsiders loved her, she was a vixen and a straight-A student. The girl was spoiled by all. Even the ones who said they didn't like her, liked her a little.

I can't believe she is joining. I mean I already have to deal with Ronnie going to that unsafe place. I can't risk my childhood friend. I need to stop her.

I felt hurt that she didn't send a heart at the end of her last message. Is she mad at me? I love her and don't want her to be mad at me.

Betty's pov.
Part 1 of getting him to actually notice me is a go. He is totally noticing me now. Toni and Cheryl walked up to me. "You can't join." "I can do what I want."

"Yeah, but a lot of you guys have said that Veronica should be the serpent queen." "She's badass, gets along with everyone, she knows self-defense, she knows about business, she knows French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German."
