William clicks his tongue at my sudden rash remark, his pupils creating a magnetic pull on my own, preventing me from looking away.
"What are you talking about?" He asks me, annoyance plaguing his handsome features.
I don't know if it's just me, but this bathroom feels like a sauna. The air is so thick and warm that it's hard to breath, and I feel that at any moment I could asphyxiate in this dress.
As beautiful as this room is, I have no desire to have an extended stay here.
"Don't pretend like you care, honestly William you're exhausting!" I exclaim, placing my hands on his chest and pushing firmly against him to uncage myself.
The action and my accusation causes William to growl, his strong form barely budging as I attempt to free myself.
His body instead collapses on to mine, and he grabs me with his arms, tangling them around my back and neck. He forces his lips to my mouth and exhales sharply as the primitive sensations awaken in his core.
I squeak In shock, Williams sudden and furious kiss causing my heart to palpitate. Like a vicious burn, his unexpected affection ignites each of my nerves, the breath knocking from my lungs.
I revel in his taste, his tongue wasting no time as it forces itself between my lips and dances with my own. He devours my kiss for several seconds before my mind starts to back pedal.
I teeter for a second on the brink of madness, unsure if I'll let him have this or maintain my resolve. I briefly come to my senses just long enough to shove him off of me, my right hand coming into hard contact with his left cheek.
The high pitched sound of skin colliding with skin ricochets throughout the small space.
"How dare you?" I cry, my chest in heaving disarray.
Unphased by the obvious stinging on his face, William steps close to me once more, his arms boxing me in again and his breath on my cheek as he pants from the excitement of the situation.
"After watching you kiss that boy who wouldn't know what to do with you if you gave him the chance, you're lucky a kiss is all I'm taking from you tonight." William seethes through a masculine clenched jaw, all signs of the well put together lawyer long gone.
Like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Williams monster has come out to play.
As my mind contemplates his words, my body goes still, his implications ravaging my senses. Visions of his strong hands exploring every inch of my body flash through my head, and I have to physically swallow to get them to subside.
"You only want me once someone else does? That's convenient isn't it?" I cock my head to the side in disbelief. "Especially when an hour ago you were quite obviously trying to bed a busty blonde with absolutely no shame."
Williams eyes leave mine for a second as he momentarily tries to think back to what I could be talking about, his lips falling in to a hard line as he seems to realize.
"You weren't intended to see that." He admits, his voice deep and regretful.
I roll my eyes and try to shove past him, but he grabs my arms and keeps me pinned like a prisoner against the bathroom sink.
"Let me go, you bastard!" I whimper with annoyance, my face flushing hot, and my heart struggling to process the jealousy as it rips a hole right through me.
"I needed information for the case, Isabella." He says as though that makes anything better.
"And how far were you willing to go to get it?" I ask through squinted eyes, my lips pressed down in to a weak frown.
