Alex's P.O.V

It has been about one month since me and David told our friends that we were dating and do far everyone has been supportive and it's great.. well all except one. Everyone thinks we are a great couple except Gabbie, she thinks that it's weird and she doesn't like it. I was a little taken back when she told me, why was it weird? I didn't really care to tell anyone or make it a big deal because I do understand that not everyone is used to this yet so I kinda just ignored it, until today. Scott planned out a big trip for us to go on for Josh's birthday and we would be staying in a hotel while we were away. Today he left it to Gabbie to figure out who would be partnered with who for the hotel rooms, I'm cool staying with anyone going on the trip but I would preferably like to stay with David. Obviously. But I have a feeling that's not going to happen. Later on she would tell us who would stay together because we leave tomorrow. Me and David spent most of the day together, he seemed a little more tired than usual but still excited for tomorrow. We went to Subway, got our food, and found a seat. "I hope we get a room together, I mean it's pretty likely we will but still." David said while sitting down, "me too, but I have a feeling we won't.." I replied without thinking. David seemed a little confused but didn't bother bringing it up, we ate pretty quickly and went back to Scott's house to here the results. We all sat down on the couch and Gabbie got to the front of the room, "so Scotty with Dom, Zane with Heath, Alex with Josh, and David with me. sound good?" Gabbie said while looking around the room. "A-actually-" "sounds great!" Scott inturuped as everyone stood up. David looked over to Alex and could tell he wasn't to happy about staying with Josh. Scotty went to book the rooms and everyone else went on and did their own thing. Alex got up to get a drink and saw Gabbie sit down next to David and they started talking. Alex walked by without them seeing him so he could listen in for a moment, it sounded as if Gabbie was flirting with David. I trust David and know he would never cheat on me but I can't say the same about her. This must be why she doesn't like us dating and wanted to share rooms with him. Does she really think he would ditch me for her? I guess I will talk to her about changing rooms later. I walked over to a table and sat my drink down when I heard David come up behind me. "Hey, are you alright?" David asked as we both sat down, "yeah why?" I replied looking up at him, "I dont know.. you just seemed a little stressed about something." David responded. I didn't want him to think I was a jealous boyfriend or anything but to be honest I fucking was right now.
