David's P.O.V

I don't understand why Alex is so upset, he refuses to tell me and I'm confused why. He says it's nothing but I don't buy it for a second. "I'm serious, it's nothing.. I just kinda wish we had our own room together.." Alex says while adding a smile which quickly faded, "well if you want I can ask Gabbie about changing rooms when we get there." I reply trying to make him feel better. He immediately shot his head up and looked over joyed at the thought, "really? You would do that?" He said with a huge smile spread across his face. I nod my head, "well of course! I would do it tonight but the rooms are already booked" I respond as he gets up and hugs me. I get up and he goes off to find Scott for more details about the trip when out of nowhere Gabbie showed up again. "Hey David! I wanted to know if you would come with me get ice cream for everyone." She said in a excited tone, "actually I think I wanna stay here and hang with Alex for a bit. Is that ok?" I answer as I watched her face shift from excited to disgusted while looking over to him. "Oh... Yeah it's perfectly fine. What ice cream do you want?" Gabbie said while taking her phone out to make a list. "Well, chocolate will be fine." I say, getting a little distracted. She was just about to walk off before I mentioned Alex's ice cream, "oh I already got his." She said while shooting me a smile. She left and I found Alex talking with Scotty, "oh hey David!" Scotty says as I walk up. I wave and Alex puts his arm around me which makes me smile, it was nice to finally have a break from Gabbie. It felt like she was always around every corner and one step ahead of everyone. we chatted for a bit and before we knew it she had come back with the ice cream. One for her, one for Scott, one for Josh, one for Dom, one for Heath, one for Zane, and one for me, but for some reason Alex didn't get one. "Why didn't I get one?" Alex asked, I knew he didn't mind too much but you could tell it still kinda bothered him. "Oh I must have forgotten to ask you, sorry!" Gabbie said with a peppy attitude and quickly giving Alex a look. I knew what she was doing and Alex didn't seem very pleased but still tried to hide it, "so it's a kinda late, anyone planning on staying here tonight?" Scotty asked while looking around the room, Dom and Zane decided to stay but everyone else was ready to go. I said bye to everyone and ran to the kitchen to get my phone when all the sudden Gabbie showed up. Again. "Bye David, See you tomorrow!" She says while hugging me, the hug lasted a little longer than usual, as I was hugging her I saw Alex back by the door. He looked angry, grabbed the keys, and went out the door. I cut the hug short and rushed out after him before he left, when I made it outside I saw him get in and slam the car door before starting it up. I got in and he started to drive off, he didn't say a word to me at all.
