(4) Nicknames

Cory's POV
I sighed heavily as I sat on the couch with Bri and Uni. Bri was watching the others, almost seeming interested, while Uni looked annoyed, and about ready to kill someone. I was more like Uni in the situation. The two Tommy's were running around, having a pun war with every object in the house, Nick, Dick, and Ashlie were all arguing. Duni and DDawn were in the corner of the room, discussing, most likely, how to get back to their univsrse, and Fon and Jon were sitting on the ground, talking. Well, Fon was floating, as always..

"I'll be suprised if we make it out of this completely sane..." I commented jokingly. Uni laughed dryly, "Too late for that already, I suppose...." Uni retorted playfully. Bri and I laughed, then I became aware of to angry voices, which seemed to have just risen. I looked over at the corner that Duni and DDawn were in, and I was suprised to see that they were arguing, quite angrily might I add. "We have to find another way! That's much too dangerous!" Duni snapped. "It's ze ONLY vay we are getting out of ere!" DDawn argued back.

"And how do you expect to get there, hm? The TIME Vortexes are down!" Duni argued. "Wow, this almost NEVER happens..." Dick commented. "Simple. Zhey travel through ze Land Of TIME." DDawn said 'matter of factly'. "Are you trying to get everyone killed!?" Duni argued. "It's ze ONLY vay!" DDawn growled. Duni opened his mouth to retort, but UF Cory cut him off. He jumped between the two, "ENOUGH!" He screamed, glaring at the two. "We can't be fighting!" He growled. "Wow, brave boy.." Uni commented. Just then, I heard a familiar voice from outside. "Cory?" They questioned. It sounded like a more excited Uni. I got up, sighing, "Great, another one!" I exclaimed. "And It's another me!" Uni groaned.

I opened the door, only to see an excited German shepard sitting outside, his tail wagging excitedly. He had a single blue tuft of fur on his head. I stepped back, and it sniffed me. "Cory!" It barked excitedly, launching at me, knocking me too the ground, and licking me. "Cory, Cory, Cory! I've been looking for you everywhere!" He said excitedly, then he paused, looking at me, "Where's your camera?" He asked. "I don't have a camera face in the universe!" I snapped.

"This Universe?" The dog Uni questioned. "Yeah!" I said. "Tell that stupid mutt to stop barking!" Dick growled loudly. Fallout Uni looked at Dick in annoyance, "Mutt!?" He exclaimed, and leapt at Dick, biting him. "Ow!" Dick exclaimed. "I knew I heard some idiots in here." Another, less familiar voice joined into the conversation. We all looked at the door, see and white-haired Ashlie-looking girl standing there with a smirk. And next to her, stood a much shorter, tan boy, in a black and red jesters outfit. He looked ALOT like Jon and Fon.

"There's more coming by the second!" Ashlie exclaimed. Dashlie l9oked at her, seeming suprised, "I thought I saw you outside...?" She said. The small jester looked at Uni, "You too!" He exclaimed. "Shut up, FREAK!" Dashlie screeched. Don sighed, walking inside, and Dashlie glared at us, "I have some questions." She hissed. "And we'll answer them, just come inside." Duni invited, and Dashlie huffed, walking inside. "Wait, so you've already seen me and Uni outside...?" Ashlie asked Don. "Yeah, except the blue guy was wearing a dress." Don said, sounding uninterested. "Hey.." Ashlies voice was heard from the doorway.

We all looked, seeing another Ashlie holding the arm of, the one and only, Uni-Chan. "Uh...I was gonna ask if she was yours...But now I'm guessing we both belong here...." The Ashlie said, pulling the girl inside, and shutting the door behind her. "So That's like the THQ Ashlie..." I heard Jon say, staring at her. "Igou....?" Uni~Chan said nervously as we all looked at her. Uni looked at the girl curiously, "There's a girl Uni...?" Duni asked, seeming confused. I sighed, pinching the bridge of my nose, "This is about to get SO confusing..." I sighed.

OUR Tommy walked to my side, "Yeah, Carl, I agree..." He said. "I'm NOT in the mood...Tom.." I sighed. He shrugged, "Sorry, brutha." He apologized, which suprised me. I looked over all the people, who were now in our small house. I smiled slightly as I saw Fallout Uni on Uni's lap, while Uni and Bri happily pet the dog. "Okay!" Nick suddenly exclaimed, getting everyone's attention. "I suggest, that if you have the same name as someone else in this room, we should assign you a nickname!" He exclaimed. "That's a good idea!" I agreed.

After a few minutes, everyone from another Universe, too stop confusion, had a nickname. Fallout Uni was Funi, Underfell Cory was UFC, Hardcore Quest Tommy was Thomas, and THQ Ashlie went by Ash. It was a confusing process, but there was just TOO MANY people to have pairs of names. Everyone was chatting with each other, getting to know their other Multiverse selves, when suddenly Duni whistled loudly, gaining everyone's attention. He stood with DDawn, looking at us. "DDawn and I have figured out a way to fix this!" Duni said loudly. "Really?" I said, sounding relieved.

Duni nodded, "We have." He said. "What needs to be done?" Bri questioned. "Vell, it seems zhat some of us vill ave to travel too ze TIME Palace." DDawn explained. "Though, it will be no easy task. Because it seems that the TIME Vortexes are down, which are the equivalent of what you would call teleportation." Duni explained. "So how will we get there..?" Jon asked. Duni sighed, "Through the Land Of TIME...Which is a dangerous land, full of trickery and danger..." Duni said. "So, now ve will have to decide who will be going vith us." DDawn said simply. "In the Land Of TIME, it's good to travel in a large group, but also to keep it as a reasonable number, so that you can keep track of those in your group." Duni explained, leaving us all silent.

A/N Yay, ANOTHER chapter! I don't how long I'll be able to update daily...Lol. And this book is starting to get REALLY confusing to write, so not all of them will get to travel through the Land Of TIME. But feel free to tell me who you'd like to go! All of your suggestions may not make it, but some might! But seriously, like:
