^^^ Just real quick, ima start drawing pictures as an opener for each chapter, so, that's cool, I guess? They won't be my best work, but It's just something to look at. And I may go back and add some pictures to the chapters before this one. Now, enjoy! :3
Don's POV
We all walked through the forest together, and I looked around curiously. Everything was a foggy grey and brown color, and the trees were more curled than any other trees I'd ever seen in my short life. I was walking in the back of the group, alone as I usually was. My eyes trailed the ground as I walked silently, then, I felt something nudge my leg. I looked over, seeing the German Shepard, Funi, looking up at me. I smiled slightly, carefully petting the dog's head. It barked excitedly, and Cory rolled his eyes. I frowned at him, then looked back at the dog, rubbing it's head.

"I like you!" The dog said, making me stiffen. "D-Did you just...?" "Talk, yes." Funi answered. I stared at him, "O-Okay...How does that work...?" I stuttered questioningly. "Well, only certain people can hear me, I guess you're one of them." He explained. "Okay..." I murmured, still confused. "I knew you were weird, but talking to dogs? Really Don?" Dicks voice questioned, and I looked beside me, seeing that Dick now walking there. He was looking at the dog, hatred in his eyes. Funi returned his hating gaze, and I looked between the two, feeling the tension.

Funi bared his teeth at Dick, who growled, baring his teeth at the dog. I glanced at Dick, annoyance claiming my eyes a facial expression. I cleared my throat, "Are you two done yet?" I questioned impatiently. Funi huffed, looking away, and Dick scoffed, looking away aswell. I sighed, shaking my head. "Wow, I like the background rivalry..." A voice behind me suddenly made me jump. I looked behind me, seeing the gray, ghost-like Jon floating behind me, smiling. "Great, another Jon freak." Dick sighed, looking at me teasingly. "Hey! I'm not Jon! I'm Fon..." He corrected.

Dick rolled his eyes, "What a big difference." He said sarcastically. Fon looked at him in annoyance, then floated down to me ear, whispering, "Wow, his name really is a name and description..." He joked, making me laugh. I looked back at, Dick, who was glaring at us, annoyed. "Pft, have fun gossiping, you teenage girls." He hissed. "Oh, did we hurt your low self-esteem?" Fon joked. Dick rolled his eyes, speedong up a little, leaving only Fon, Funi, and I. We all looked at each other, "Someone's short tempered..." Funi growled. I laughed dryly, "You're one to talk!"

Fon glanced at me, "You can understand him?" He asked. I nodded slightly, "Yeah, I know It's weird..." I admitted with a chuckle. He shook his head with a shrug, "I've seen worse, trust me." He said, smiling lightly. I nodded, "You must live a very interesting life." I commented. He sighed, "Not really...Being dead is kinda boring..." He admitted, and my eyes widened. "You're dead!?" I exclaimed. He looked at the ground shyly, "Kinda...Yeah...I am a ghost, after all." He said, suprising me.

Just then, Dick, who was walking infront of me, stopped walking. I ran into his back, and bared my teeth. I took a step back, "WHAT THE H-" I began, but he shushed me. "Wh-" He pointed ahead of us, and I stiffened as I saw the brush trembling. We were all silent, staring fearfully, wondering what would exit the tall brush. Then a creature emerged, and I stared in amazment at it. It was a large creature made of what looked like brass, copper, and many gears. It's body shape reminded me of a hippo, or an elephant.

It was large and sturdy, with gears slowly turning on it's elbows, shoulder, and some places on the neck and mid-section. It had deep, metallic etes, which shone turning gears inside them. It walked slowly infront of us, crossing the path. It creaked and cracked as it passed, but stopped in the middle of the pass, staring at us. I stared in amazement as It's broad head turned to us, eyeing us with a mix of curiousity, and dismissiveness. It then let out a loud breath, and continued forward, soon disappearing
into the thick brush once more. When it was gone, I let out a breath that I didn't know I was holding, and I heard some of the others do the same.

"What was that thing..!?" Cory questioned, his voice airy in suprise, and a bit of fear. Duni looked back at us, a small smile on his face, and his eyes mischievous. "That was a Day.." He said, sounding happy. He looked back in the direction it walked, "They're my absolute favorite creature in The Land Of TIME." He added. "A...Day...?" Uni questioned. Duni nodded, "They're quite interesting, actually." He said. "They can conjoin, and create other beings." He explained. "What do you mean?" Ashlie asked curiously.

Duni looked back at us, "If 7 days find each other, they will all conjoin to form a Week." He explained, "Which are more short-tempered, and MUCH bigger than a regular Day. They are also longer in body length, and manage to get more done than days." He said. "So, they do more in a day than Days-" Tommy began to question, but Duni cut him off. "There's no such thing as a 'day' here, nor is there a night. There is no second, or minute, or hour that exists here how you think about it." He said.

"There are only Sectors, and lands within TIME. We are in sector 1," He began, looking around, "And I believe we are exactly in the Sector place 1:27, But there is no way to surely tell." He shrugged. "Anyway, back to Days and Weeks," He began, "If 3 or 4 weeks manage to find each other, they
conjoin to form a Month, which is much more dangerous. They're long, snake-like creatures, who will kill without being provoked." He warned. "But what you really need too look out for is," He looked around, "Years..." He hissed. "They're large, and deadly, and dangerous. There are fewer of them, but that's good, because they will kill in an insant." He said cautiously, "Very scary." He added quickly, shivering.

DDawn cleared his throat, and we all looked at him. "Ve must continue on our journey, ze faster ve do this, ze faster we get to leave." He said grufly, continuing on the path. We all glanced at each other, then followed him. "We will be on 'Rewind Road', soon enough guys." Duni reported, "That'll be an interesting experience.." He muttered.
