chapter 1

Alice POV:

'Hey jenna, I'm going to be out getting our food I said. 'Okay, don't be to long i am starving.

'Okay,okay, I'm going' I said while trying resist my laughing. I give her a quick hug and walked out of our apartment. The air was chilly but i had brought my sweater. It was white and had a saying 'to dumb for new york, but to ugly for L.A. It was one of my favorites.

I walked along the streets of seatle, it was nice and the skys only rained a drizzle.

It was only 15 mins to the nearest Chinese restaurant. So I just headed toward there.

I stuck some ear buds into my ear and listen to 5 seconds of summer new EP.

I made a mix tape straight out of 94, I got her ripped skinny jeans lying on the floor.

I sang in my head as I walked down the sidewalk.

"Hey" I heard someone yell from behind me. I just ignored it and kept walking on.

"HEY" I heard someone say again but louder and closer.

I turned my head and saw a tall young blood guy just a feet away.

"Um... I'm sorry but do I know you" I said trying to not sound rude.

"While yes you do, I'm Niall and I just came to say hi because I saw you one day at the college". He said.

"Oh, hi I'm sorry for my manners, I'm alice" I said giving out my hand to shake his.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Alice" Niall said raising my hand to kiss it.

I let out a laugh. I've only seen that in movies.

"So where are you heading off to" he said with a cheeky smile.

"Just to grab some food for me and my roomate" I reply. "you"?

"Just was walking around to clear my head, loose some pounds, etc".

We started walking toward the restaurant sign. "BIG BIG noodle house".

Niall opened the door and lead me in. I ordered my food. "Some rice and noodles with some dumplings, and just a number 3 thanks" I said to the register guy.

"Okay it will be done in 5 minuuutes" he said raising five fingers.

I sat down in a chair and waited for some food. I almost forgot Niall was still there.

"I'm sorry did you want anything" I finally spoke. "No, way ewe I hate Chinese food" he said a little to loudly.

"Oh, okay". I never realized his Irish accent. It was cute but I just never resized because I was to focused on his eyes, and hair. He was really attractive and I was surprised he even started talking to me.

"Aliiiice" one the men said. He was raising a plastic bag in the air holding a receipt.

"Oh here" I said, and grabbed the bag of food.

"Let me carry it" Niall said grabbing the food.

"Okay"? I was really confused why he was being friendly. It didn't seem to matter because I was just enjoying this moment. I obviously found his attractive but I didn't like him. Like come on I just met the guy and...

"Earth to Alice, are you in wonderland" he said laughing and snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Haha very funny, and no I was just thinking. I said.

"Okay, well Alice let's keep walking" he said.

"Okay" was all I could say.

We walked a little in silence not awkward silence, but the kind that feels right.

Around halfway to my apartment Niall says " so love I mean alice what is your guilty pleasure".

I gave it some thoughts and said "I love to watch porn. I have a strange addiction".

"Oh" was all he could say.

"I'm just kidding Niall, you should of seen your face" I couldn't help but laugh.

"But I do like to watch anime, a lot" I said very shyly.

"Oh my god, Alice you have become one of my new best friends, I love anime" he said. His eyes lighting up.

He was so adorable. How he got excited over it.

"Anything else" he said sounding a little to serious.

"Nope" I said and we walked on.

I kept getting a bad vibe from him but I ignored it. He was perfect and kind and sweet. He wouldn't do anything.

"So do you like Alice in wonderland, I mean like did you ever liked it" he said.

"Actually yes, I'm a super mega fan, I mean I just love it, it's absolutely perfect with a gallon of genius" I said.

"Ive always had a weird obsession over it" I said. I probably sounded like weirdo but I loved.

"Okay little Alice, may I ask you one more thing" I said.

"Sure, Niall" I said.

"Do you struggle or fight back a lot"? he said almost in a whisper.

"What, do you mean" I asked. I was confused. Struggle? fight?

"You know like when you get into a fight, do you struggle or fight back" he said with a distinct tone in his voice.

"I guess, maybe I wouldn't really know" I say. I was confused. What the hell is he talking about.

"Oh okay, well I asume this is your apartment, alice" he said smiling.

"Um.. oh yes it is thanks Niall for walking with me" I say.

"Would you like to stay" I say.

"No, but would you like to go to a movie Friday night" he asked.

What, he did not just ask me that.

"Sure I don't think I have plans" I say.

"Oh cool I'll call you, can I have your number" he says.

"Yea, sure it's (423) 678 8123"

"See you than love" and kisses my cheeks.

I walk into my apartment and walk into a angry Jenna.

"Where the hell were you, I'm starving" she yells.

"Calm down take your food" I say.

I was talking to a boy and I have plans

Friday night. To the movies.

"Ooooo, tell me every detail" Jenna

Says.

We sit on the couch and watch Netflix while eating our slightly cold rice and noodles.

I told her what happen and head to bed.
