***Time skip. Takes place after Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Peter is pre-surgery, on testosterone, is out to Aunt May, Ned, and MJ. Peter goes to Midtown High School and is an avenger.
*DO NOT EXERCISE IN BINDERS!*

"Shit, shit, shit!" Peter said under his breath, running top speed to the locker rooms. He had missed enough school because of being Spider-Man already, and if he was late again, he'd get detention.

He slammed open the door to the boys' locker room just as the bell rang. He sped-walked over to his gym locker, avoiding eye contact with the gym teacher. Thankfully, he didn't seem to notice that he was late.

Peter set down his backpack and tried to unlock his locker.

"What's the matter, nerd? Can't remember your code?" Laughed Flash and a few of his dumb friends.

Combo, dumbass.

Peter ignored them, continuing to fumble with the lock.

He wasn't popular, but he wasn't super UNpopluar, either. Flash just liked to pick on anyone smaller than him.

He finally unlocked it and took out his gym clothes. Peter hunched over, pulled off his t-shirt, and quickly put on his gym one.

He was so thankful Aunt May had given him a full length binder, as the backs of sports bras made him more dysphoric and the ace bandages did damage to his ribs and skin, not to mention fell apart when in his Spidey suit.

Nobody really noticed that the "tank top" he wore under his shirt every day was actually a binder, and he was thankful. Still, he didn't want to let them have the time to notice.

"Alright ladies, let's go!" Shouted the teacher.

Feeling a little hurt from jokingly being called a lady, Peter stalled a second before his brain could catch up to reality.

"Yo Parker, 'teach is gonna make us run if you don't hurry up," Flash snapped.

Peter ignored him again and quickly pulled off his jeans, catching a little bit of his boxers, too.

With his jeans nearly off and his boxers a little too low, he partially mooned all the boys, and the packer he wore fell down the legs of his boxers.

A handful of boys stopped in their tracks, gawking at him. And just his luck, Flash was one of them.

Before he could tuck it away, Flash loudly stated, "what's that you got there, Penis Parker?"

   Peter froze.

No no no no no no no, he thought. THAT was a name that was going to stick.

"Nothing," he said in a not very believable way, quickly pulling up his gym shorts and subtly tucking the packer back in his boxers.

"Oh come on, show us," snickered Flash. "Or are you too much of a pussy to?"

"Flash, cut it out," Peter said defiantly.

"Ooooh, think you're tough, eh? Well, don't think that a little tranny girl like you is going to avoid eating this!" Flash punched him square in the face, laughing.

"Are you gonna fight back, bitch? Come on, show me what you got!" Flash jeered.

Peter stood up, lip quivering. "I don't want to fight you, Flash."

"What's the matter? You afraid? You wanna be a man, don't you? Or do you hit like the little girl you are? Come on!"

Without thinking, Peter punched him. Hard.

Flash staggered back, and the gym teacher had come back for the remaining kids, just in time to see it.

"Peter Parker! To the office, now!" He yelled.

    "But-," Peter started.

   "Now!" He shouted.

Peter snapped his lock shut and reluctantly picked up his backpack. He glared at Flash on the way out of the boys' locker room.

"I can't BELIEVE you got suspended!" Shouted Aunt May. "For starting a fight, no less!"

   "May, I-,"

"Oh no you don't, mister. I don't even know where you got the idea that was okay! I've tried very hard to raise you these past few years, and this is how you thank me?! By-," Aunt May pounded the car horn in fury and continued, "by... GOD, Peter. You don't seem like a bully, but how long have you been beating up this kid?"

"He... he beat me up," Peter replied.

"...what??" She turned around half furious at Peter and half looking like she was going to murder Flash.

"May!" Peter yelled, a car honking at them as they ran a red light.

    "Shit!" May screamed.

After a few silent seconds of getting back on track, May continued. "Explain yourself, now."

"Uh... I didn't want to tell you because I didn't want to make a big deal out of it..."

"Honey... I wish you had told me."

   "Sorry..." Peter mumbled.

"This wasn't the first time, was it?" May asked warily.

"Um... no... some guy at school picks on me now and then," Peter said quietly. "But, it's fine. Really. I told him to stop, and we uh, we're good now."

"Mhm," she said, her suspicion obvious. "You and him are okay now so he hit you. Good story."

"Okay well, he's not going to hit me anymore. I defended myself this time."

May sighed. "I hope you're right, Peter. When I found out you were spider-man, I was pissed that you disobeyed me when I said to run the other way when you see danger. And here you are, running straight into it.

"I'm only letting you stay on with the avengers because they're there with you in the face of danger. And..." May paused.

"And I was young once, too. Sneaking out. Being a teenager. I'd rather you do it with my knowledge than behind my back.

"But I also thought you'd at least be able to defend yourself. I just wish you had told someone sooner. If he hits you again, tell me."

   "Okay," Peter lied.

"Why did he hit you, anyway?"

Peter hesitated. Because he had suspicions I wasn't a "real" boy before. My voice was too high, and I've seen him looking at my chest under my binder, waiting for his moment of proof to out me.

He's so transphobic, but all he had on me was my nerdiness, my height... and now... now he has this, he wanted to say.

Instead, Peter said, "he just called me a nerd and stuff," stuff like dyke or tranny. "Nothing bad, May," because him beating you unconscious in the boys' bathroom once totally wasn't bad at all, "just you know, regular high school bully things."

Peter was awful at lying.

May sighed again and simply said, "I hope that's all it was. Make sure it doesn't get out of hand, Peter."

"Yes, Aunt May," Peter said. "Uh... May?"

"What, Peter?" She asked, slightly annoyed yet sad.

"I... I need another backpack."

May pursed her lips. "Okay."
