A/N- Sorry if it's slightly different than how you requested it and it's shortness!

After so many years and after helping Miguel get home, Imelda was finally able to forgive Hector for what he did all those years ago. Though, that doesn't mean things immediately went back to the ways it was before. They would take it slow, as to not to screw anything up. Baby steps.

Hector and Imelda thought the best way of doing so was to "start over", you know? That meant like going on little dates, like going out to eat, going to the park, etc. Hector eventually ended up bringing his guitar on one of their dates and they sang and even danced like they use to. Brought back a lot of memories.

By the time the next Dia De Los Meurtos rolled around, they had rekindled the fire that had been thought to have been long since extinguished.
