It's been at least a year since Miguel's journey to The Land Of The Dead, and since then, he's been able to fulfill his dream of becoming a musician.

He has also since made a friend, by the name of Haley. He knew that Haley was a good singer too, seeing as how he's heard her sing a few times.

He tries to convince her that she had a talent for singing, Haley just doesn't believe she does.

This gives Miguel an idea. He plans on performing in the plaza and he tries to get Haley to join him.

"Miguel, I've already told you- I can't sing!" She whisper-yells to him, seeing as how she doesn't want to draw too much attention towards them before Miguel's performance.

"Yes, you can! Courtney and I have told you time and time again that you're an amazing singer!" Miguel replied back with, hoping he'll finally convince her to join him on stage.

"But, w-what if I mess up? I'd end up embarrassing the both of us.." Haley says, looking down at the ground.

Miguel tilts her head to look up at him. "You won't mess up, because I'll be up there with you. We'll do great up there. You'll do great up there." Miguel tells her, looking her in the eyes, which causes Haley to blush slightly. "Oh, fine.." Haley finally agrees.

Even though she's still nervous about how she'll sound and how the crowd will react, she starts singing anyway, knowing she's with Miguel.

And the crowd loved it! Miguel and Haley walk off the stage, then Miguel looks over at her,"See? What did I tell you? You were great!"

"I guess it was easier with you up there with me.." Haley shyly replies, slightly blushing. Miguel sees the blush on her face and this causes him to blush as well.
