taehyung nibbles at his lower lip as he paced his (soon-to-be-ex) manger's office.

"b-but jungmeon-nim! you didn't do it! you didn't.. touch me!" taehyung exclaimed. him manager gave him a small smile, as if to reassure the distressed brunette.

"you should know by now, taehyung, that the media will believe what it wants to believe." jungmeon said sadly whilst he continued to pack his stuff away.

manager jungmeon was more like a father to taehyung than a manager. they'd spent two years together since taehyung started modelling for the brand, and jungmeon had supported and stood up for taehyung at every hurdle life threw his way.

the brunette wrapped his arms and legs around the older man, who let out a small chuckle at the younger's childish stubbornness.

"don't go.." taehyung mumbled quietly.

"i have to tae. i'll keep in touch if you want, but you're gonna have a new manager now! he manages with idols and models so you're in good hands." he told the model.

taehyung pouted and let go of the older.

"b-bye then manager-nim. i-i'll miss you." he murmured.

jungmeon pulled taehyung in for one last hug before the door was opened by somebody else.

taehyung's head whipped sideways towards the source of the intrusion and he immediately let go of jungmeon.

the new guy looked to be around jungmeon's age, but his features were a lot sharper. his eyes lacked jungmeon's bright glimmer, and his face lacked a smile.

he stretched out his hand for taehyung to shake.

"nice to meet you, kim taehyung. i'm lee minseo, your new manager. jeongguk is also my client, so that should make things easier under the 'circumstances'."
