Kayla's POV Alec isn't doing to good and Clary saves Jace but he's being chased by Luke's pack. I was walking and talking with Clary looking for Jace and we met up with Luke. "He's this way." We followed him as I carried my 1 year old son to see his father. I was also 6 months along with our daughter.
We finally found Jace but he was surrounded by wolves. "Jace." He turned around and saw me and Jace. I walked over to him and engulfed him in a hug with our son. "I'm so glad to see you Jace." "Me too baby girl." He looked at Jace. "He's a year old now Jace." He started to tear up.

Then he looked at my baby bump. "A little girl. I've decided to name her Clarissa Isabelle Wayland. We can call her Clari. Jace.. Alec is in bad shape. We need to get you to Magnus'." He nods and we went to save Alec.
Jace's POV I can't believe that Jace is already a year and Kayla is pregnant with our daughter Clary. "I've missed you so much Kayla." She smiled at me. "I've missed you too Jace." We walked into Magnus' and Kayla let me go help Alec.
*A few minutes later*
"Jace Wayland you are here by sentenced to the city of bone to await trial of high treason and aiding Valentine in a war against the Clave." I looked at Kayla and Jace. "Wait what, what's going on." "It's alright Alec. All that matters is you're back. Take care of my family." I looked at Kayla and the tears fell down her face. 'I love you' I mouthed to her before the Clave took me away.
*A few days later*
Kayla's POV I went to the City of Bones to see Jace. I followed the silent brother to Jace's cell. I looked in his cell and teared up when I walked close to it. "Hey beautiful." He walked up to the cell door and touched my face. "Hey... you'll win Jace. I know you will. And if you lose your runes. I'll get mine removed and we can be together as a family."
"I know you'll figure out something Kayla. How's our little princess." He got on his knees and touched my baby bump. "She's a warrior like her daddy. She gets excited when we come here to see you." We both smiled and he got up and looked at me. "I want to hold you so bad Kayla." "I know Jace... me too. I just hope that I don't have her before you're set free. I'll want you by my side." He started to tear up again. "Me too." I touched his face. "I'll come visit again. I'll bring Jace with me next time." He nods. "I love you Jace Wayland." "I love you too Kayla Wayland." I kissed him the best I could and left the City of Bones.
*Back at the Institute*
"Kayla you need to calm down." Clary told me. "Calm down. Calm down! My husband is serving a hundred years of imprisonment for something he didn't do Clary!" We made the corner and saw blood on Alec with blood in his hand. I saw Clary sliding down her door frame.
*A few hours later*
Clary saves Izzy and killed the demon. I heard footsteps and I looked in the doorway and I saw Jace. My eyes weld up with tears and ran to Jace. "They dropped the charges. I get to be with you and our kids." I smiled and hugged my husband. "I'm glad you're home." He kissed me passionately. "I love you." He said to me. "I love you too Jace." My baby was home.
*Baby Clari*
Jace's POV Kayla went into labor and I can't wait to meet my baby girl. "Jace!" I ran to her side. "I'm right here Kayla." "Ok Kayla push one last time big push." Izzy said. Kayla pushed one last time. "Here she is. Our little Clarissa Isabelle Wayland." Izzy gave Clari to Kayla and she was so happy that she was finally here.

"Hey my beautiful Clari. Mommy and daddy are here together." I looked at her. "And we're never leaving you. I'm not leaving none of you." Alec came in with Jace. "Hey big boy." Alec handed me Jace so he could see his baby sister. "Baby." Kayla and I looked at each other. "Jace... you just said your first word!" I said with excitement. "Moma Dada." My boy is growing up before my eyes. "He's just like his mother." I leaned my head on Kayla looking at my life. My family is where I belong.
*Later that night*
Kayla's POV I couldn't sleep cause of what Valentine has done to this family. Jace was talking to the head of the Institute and I was watching our children sleep in with cribs. I heard the bedroom door open and felt Jace's strong arms wrap around my waist. "Baby what are you doing up? Its 2am." "I couldn't sleep. I haven't been able to get a lot of sleep while you were in the City of Bones." I started to tear up. "Knowing that you were alone down there... scared..." I faced him. "The fear of not see my husband ever again... scared me Jace... I was planning on breaking you out and living among the mundanes." "Sh sh sh Kayla. It's ok.... I'm here.. I'm not going anywhere." Clari started to cry. I took her out of her crib and grabbed er bottle and held her as Jace held me. "Daddy loves you baby girl. I love you Jace and mommy so much."
Jace is so good to me and our kids. He is the best daddy in the world. "I love you Johnathan." He looked at me and smiled. "I love you to Kayla." Clary was back to sleep and I put her back into her crib. Jace and I snuggled up next to each other and went to sleep.
