When we got home, Jaiden and I went upstairs to my room so she can help me on math. I mean,we made the whole tutor bit as an truthful escape goat,but I really do need help in math and Jaiden is a great tutor. While in the middle of a problem,I realized Jaiden was skinny and pale. I looked at her and she asked why I was staring at her.

Kat: Why are you so....

Kat's mom: Dinner ready and Emma why is the door closed?

Kat:Mom, relax Jesus.

Kat's mom: Hey, don't use that tone with me,go to dinner.

I walk down stairs, noticing that Jaiden wasn't following. That made me more neverous.

I stand up to walk out,but her mom caught me before I could follow Emma.

Kat's mom: Why was the door closed if you and Emma were just doing math?

Jaiden: Well, because....I don't know,it's normal to close a door.

Kat's mom: Fair enough. Why was Emma looking at you when I entered?

Jaiden: Who knows, maybe she was looking at something or about to ask a question when you came in.

Kat's mom: Ok

Jaiden: You really think,I would hit on your daughter?

Kat's mom: I mean you seem to like her...

Kat's Mom: Also,hit on her,I thought you would doing some disgusting thing with Emma?

Jaiden: I'm not some sex crazed person. Me being gay doesn't mean I'm a player.

I walked pass her and went downstairs. I really hated her mother. This family is full of hate and Emma is the hope,the light.

When I made it downstairs,I saw my food. It wasn't even a plateful,it was just a lump of rice, drumstick,and water, while everybody else's got regular size portions. I was just sitting worried for Emma. If they found out about her and Alice,their kick her out. Probably throw rocks at her. Her mother sat down and like any Christan family,said grace. I just ingorned it. I was wondering,why am I here. I could go home,not be here with her family. But I stayed, poking my food.

Kat: Why aren't you eating?

Jaiden: I'm just not hungry.

I was fucking straving. Just when Emma brought my lied,my stomach growled. Loud for her to heard.

Kat: Eat, please.

Kat's dad: Emma, stopped worring.

Kat: Dad she hungry and won't eat. Look she skinny and pale and won't eat,she straving you won't do anything!

Kat's mom: Emma!

Kat: Mom, shut up. You been treating her like shit because she gay,you all have,and I'm fucking tried!

Kat's mom and dad: Emma watch your mouth.

Emma just ran upstairs. Her family stared at me and just annoyed them,I took a spoonful of rice and chicken and said...

Jaiden: What?

Kat's mom: You see,I gave you a chance to cure your....

Jaiden: There's nothing to cure me being gay and if this is the way,well let me say it's a horrible way.

Kat's dad: Look how she acting now. Because she met you,you fagg.....

Jaiden: Not really. Me being gay isn't the reason why she acting out. It's because she a great friend and amazing human being. She treats everyone equally,no matter what their sexuality is. You guys are are just hateful and that's what pisses her off. It's seven and I need to go home and fuck all of you three. By Emma!

Then I left, feeling fucking happy,like I just did a mile of cocaine, don't ask how I know how that feels. I decided to go to for a run,I was just fucking hype up,I was just glad I showed those fuckers off.

I overheard Jaiden talking to my family and oh my God she talk with so much calmness in her voice. It was awesome. My friend is amazing.

It was time to go to bed and the rest of my family where already asleep. I laid down on my bed thinking of Alice,I just wanted to see her. She loved me. Well liked me. I was thinking,are we girlfriends? We kissed,but that's it. I was nevous,so I called Alice.

Alice: Emma,what's up?

Kat: Meet me at Maple Park.

Alice: Okay,why though?

Kat: I want to talk. Make sure your parents don't see you.

Alice: Sure,there asleep.

Kat: Good,see ya.

I hung up,got dressed and tipptoe out the house. I looked at the house to see if the lights turned on. Luckily,they stayed off. I ran to the park.

When I got there, Alice was looking at the lake. She look so peaceful,with the moon shining on her face. I walk up and said hey.

Alice: Hey

Kat: So......

Alice: Is this about earlier.... about the church... about the kiss?

Kat:Yeah,uhm,I don't....ugh...what are we?

Alice:I don't know. I had a crush on you since we met. Emma...I love you.

We stared into each others eyes. She grabbed my face and kiss me. I kiss back. I pulled back and said

Kat: I love you too

I wrapped my arms around her neck and she wrapped around my waist and we kissed. It was calm at first,then got fast and passionate,her tongue rubbing against my tongue. I pulled back to breathe,but she fell on me and kept kissing, bitting my upper lip. To be honest,I was turned on. When we were done,we stared at each other, smiling.

Alice: Girlfriend?

Kat: Girlfriend.

We kissed a little more after that. We had the biggest smiles on our face. We were best friends now girlfriends.We sat on a bench,with her head on my shoulder. Then, Alice said....

Alice: What if our family find out?

I turned quiet. I haven't thought of that. I was just so happy that  were girlfriends. I realized the pain we would go through if our families found out.

Kat: We just need to keep our relationship secret,no one can find out. Especially my parents. This will be our little spot. 

She just looked at me and smiled.

Alice: Also your parents like me and everyone knows we're best friends and think our dates are us hanging out. This spot is for more loving things.

Kat: What wait?

Alice: Like holding hands, dancing, kissing,things to show our love for each other.

Kat: Oh,right.

Alice: Emma,get your mind out the gutter.

We both laughed and talked more. We kissed each other goodbye. This day was okay,now amazing, Alice is my girlfriend.
