In the Valley of the End, two forces of great power clashed. They were Naruto Uzumaki using the power of the Nine Tailed Fox, one tail unleashed, and Sasuke Uchiha, using the power of a curse mark. The two former best friends came at each other, Naruto wanting to incapacitate Sasuke... and Sasuke was going for the kill. Two powerful jutsu clashed... Naruto's Rasengan and Sasuke's Chidori. As the jutsus clashed... something seemed to suck the two ninja up... taking them away.
"Their scent... it's gone Kakashi" Pakkun, one of Kakashi Hatake's ninja hounds, informed Naruto and Sasuke's sensei.
"What? How can that be? They were fighting here at the Valley of the End... right?" Kakashi asked. Pakkun nodded. (For those not well versed in Naruto, Pakkun is a talking dog that has ninja skills. He specializes in tracking rather than combat)
"Their scents are fresh... but they vanished" Pakkun replied as rain poured down on them.
"We need to tell Lady Hokage immediately" Kakashi told Pakkun.
Naruto Uzumaki felt nothing as he slammed into cold water. He was unconscious, floating about. Unknown to him... he was in a new world... and his life was about to get a lot weirder.
