Madelyn POV

I walked into Riverdale high, the place me and Polly stuck together throughout the years until we were sent away. I saw serpents, Jughead, a girl, and two boys. Jughead caught me staring. "Madelyn?" Jughead asked as he ran up to me. "Hey Jug." I said embracing him while the other looked at me weird. "Mind introducing me to your friends?" I suggested, he laughed and nodded. "This is Sweet Pea, Toni, and Fangs. Guys, this is my sister, Madelyn Cooper." Jughead introduced. "Cooper?" Sweet Pea asked and scoffed. "My mother and FP had sex, I'm sure you know what that is. And muah, here I am. I'm gonna find Betty, see if she knows where Polly is." I said smiling before walking away.

"Betty?" I asked while Archie smiled and hugged me. "Damn Arch. Your crushing me. And hi Betty." I said before hugging her while she squealed. "Where did you go?" Betty asked, my face dropped. "Hal sent me away. The sisters for not being his." I explained before Archie and Betty hugged me. Veronica scoffed. "Oh Hi! I'm Madelyn Cooper. I know what your thinking, I'm gonna steal Archie. But no, most girls he dates get that idea." I explained with a warming smile. "Madelyn!" Cheryl yelled before coming over and pulling me into her embrace. "Hi Cherry Bombshell. How are you?" I asked higging her close. "I'm okay. How are you?" Cheryl asked smiling. I'm one of the only people to see that beautiful smile. "I'm okay." I said smiling. We went our separate ways to class.

"Cooper!" Sweet Pea yelled running up to me. I turned around and smiled. "Hey Sweet Pea. What's up?" I asked popping the P. "Wanna sit with us at lunch?" Sweet Pea asked while Fangs and Toni came over smiling. "Sure." I said smiling softly. Sweet Pea led me to their table as we sat down. "So, why haven't I seen you around?" Fangs asked. "When Hal found out I wasn't his, because I look more like FP, he sent me to the sisters with Polly." I explained, they nodded while Fangs sadly smiled. Jughead came over and smiled at me. "Hey Madelyn." He said taking a seat next to me and Fangs. "Hey." I replied. We sat for the rest of the time talking and smiling. Exept Sweet Pea, he is a goner.

Fangs POV

"You like Cooper, or Jones." Sweet Pea said crashing his shoulder into mine. "No, I don't. She is cute, I'll give her that." I said smiling. She isn't cute, she is beautiful. Drop dead gorgeous. "Still, I can read you like a book. You like her." Sweet Pea said walking away. I scoffed and went to class.

Madelyn was in the back, tapping a pencil on the table. "Is there a problem Miss. Cooper?" The rudest teacher ever asked. "Yes there is." She replied. "What is it? Please, enlighten me." He said. "This class is boring." She said. The teacher scoffed while Betty looked at her. "Going to set your desk on fire again Miss. Cooper?" The teacher said sarcastically. "If I'm bored enough, I just might. It was really fun." She said smiling. I laughed out loud. "Miss Cooper and Mr. Fogarty, you have detention." He said while I scoffed. "I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but I just got back and my mother would like to see me and 'Mr. Fogarty' after school. You know how persistent my mother is." She said as we both smirked. "Fine, your both off the hook. One more time, and your out." He said before turning around. She got up and left, me soon following.

"Did you really set a desk on fire?" I asked shocked. "Yup. I ace all my tests without studying. I just got bored. Come." She said leading me into a supply closet. She pointed to a black desk. "It used to be yellow." She explained before we started laughing. "Pop's?" I asked, she nodded.

"School is over. Thanks for getting me out of detention again." I said, she nodded. "It's no big deal. I have to go see my mom. Haven't seen her yet. Bye Fangs." She said waving. "Bye." I replied before Toni and Sweet Pea jumped into the booth. "Your in loveeeee" Toni said. I scoffed. "Am not. She is nice, got me out of detention. And herself too. Clearly not her first time." I explained, they both smirked. "Tell us about her." Toni said. I explained everything I knew, just everything.

Madelyn POV

I walked into my house to see my mom in the kitchen, crying. "Mom?" I asked softly. "Madelyn? Oh my god Madelyn." She said running up to me hugging me. "I thought you didn't want to see me." My mom cried. "No, I just figured after school would work better. Where's Polly?" I asked, she looked at me. "Polly is at a farm." My mom cried, tears fell down my face too. Polly moved. What a bitch move. Me and my mom hugged for an hour before I said I should see FP. "Honey, FP got arrested." She said, I was in shock. "W-what? Why?" I stuttered. "For doing something he didn't. Go see your friends or something. Did you make any?" Mom asked looking at me. "There is a really sweet serpent boy. His name is Fangs Fogarty. He is sweet, so sweet and kind." I explained she smiled and nodded. "Just be careful. So tell me about him." My mom said. So I did, I told her everything. From his chocolate brown eyes to his big heart. Everything I knew, I told.
