A few days have passed from Asuka's incident. She has been hanging out with Lucy and Juvia more, much to her parents' dismay. The afternoon of the fifth day is when it happened. Bisca and Alzack finally approached their daughter who was with Mira, Erza, Wendy, Lucy and Juvia
"A-Asuka? May we talk to you? Alone" Her mother said. Asuka turned around, nodded and followed her parents.
"So?" she said.
"We miss you terribly honey. Your father and I have realized how we have been a bad influence on your life." Bisca said whiling looking down
"And it is our jobs as parents to be a good influence. I'm... erm... we are very sorry." Alzack said with pleading eyes.
"You know, you weren't always bad parents," Asuka said. Her parents both looked up.
"Before Aunt Lucy and Juvia left, you were great parents from what I remember. I just don't understand why you acted the way you did."
"Believe me when I say we don't understand either," Alzack said
"Will you come back home with us now?" Bisca asked calmly.
"I will once you apologize to Aunt Lucy and Juvia," Asuka said
"Don't worry, we were already planning to after this," Bisca said. Asuka then pulled her parents into a hug.
"I love you, mom, dad," Asuka whispered
"We love you too, Asuka."
Bisca, Alzack and Asuka went back to the table where Lucy and Juvia were.
"U-um, Lucy, Juvia? May we talk to you two? Somewhere private?" Alzack asked nervously
"Sure," Lucy said, which shocked Alzack, who half expected them to yell at him. After they found a place to talk. Bisca began
"After what Asuka said to us, Alzack and I thought about how we've acted the last 7 years to not only her but you two as well," she said
"We treated you horribly and for no apparent reason. We're supposed to be role models for our daughter but clearly, she has more brains and guts than us." Alzack added
"In conclusion, we wanted to say we are very sorry for everything we've done. Abused you, called you names, everything. We are terribly sorry." Bisca said empathically
Juvia and Lucy were silent for a moment. they both looked at each other and nodded
"We forgive you two," Juvia said
"It's okay, we understand after all we've- wait, what?" Alzack asked confused
"She said we forgive you," Lucy said while slightly giggling
"B-but why? After all that we've done, how can you forgive us so easily?" Bisca asked while looking down
"Fairy Tail has taught us many things, one of them is to forgive," Lucy said
"Also when I first joined fairy tail, you all welcomed me and forgave me, despite what happened with Phantom Lord. Its only fair don't you agree?" Juvia added while smiling
"T-thank you so much!" Bisca said while starting to cry. Alzack hugged his crying wife
"You two are very kind. Your appearances may have changed, but your hearts are the exact same." Alzack said while smiling back
"Friends?" Lucy and Juvia asked while offering hugs
"Friends," Bisca and Alzack said back while hugging Lucy and Juvia back.
"We should have a chat sometime, you know catch up and stuff," Juvia said
"Yeah, we should," Alzack said cheerfully
"Well, Lucy and I should get going, we have to do some cleaning. Our apartment got pretty messy." Juvia said while getting up along with Lucy.
"Okay, we'll see you around. I'm glad we got to talk things through." Bisca said.
"We are too," Lucy said before she and Juvia walked back home
"Hey, Alzack, how long do you think it'll take for the rest of the Guild to realized their behaviour?" Bisca asked
"I honestly have no idea, we're a pretty stubborn bunch. People say us two are the least stubborn ones. If it took us this long, who knows how long. Especially those two." Alzack said gesturing to Natsu and Gray fighting as per usual.
*The Next Day*
This time when Lucy and Juvia came to the Guild they were greeted by not only by Erza, Mira and Wendy but also by Asuka, Alzack and Bisca, much to the Guild's surprise
"Bisca? Alzack? You two are okay with them?" Macao asked
"Yes and all of you should be too," Alzack said
"And give us one good reason why." Wakaba spat back
"What have they honestly done to hurt any of you?" Bisca said
"Existing is one thing," Macao mumbled quiet enough for only Wakaba to hear
Despite how much the Guild seemed to not care, many of them thought highly of this. if Bisca and Alzack are okay with them, why shouldn't they be? And what have they actually done? That's when it hit most of them. They have done nothing, and they treated them awfully for no reason. Many of them knew they were wrong but never said anything out of fear. they were afraid they wouldn't see them as friends or even Guildmates.
About a week later, someone finally talked to Lucy and Juvia. Cana surprisingly was the first to apologize after Bisca and Alzack. Then is was Kinana, Elfman, Romeo (despite his father begging him not to), Pantherlily, Happy, Laki, Nab, Reedus, Vijeeter (Dancing guy), Max, Warren, Jet, Droy and eventually Macao and Wakaba. Even Gajeel apologized, Levy also shortly after.
About a week after Cana, Everyone in the Guild apologized to Lucy and Juvia, everyone but 3.
"I can't believe they all apologize to them," Natsu said in disgust
"I know right, and they forgave all of them. How can someone forgive that easily." Gray replied back
"Even Gajeel. I thought that guy was made of steel. Guess he isn't. Oh yeah, your brother Elfman even apologized. Do you know why?" Natsu asked. Lisanna didn't answer
"Lisanna. Lisanna? LISANNA!" Natsu yelled in her face.
"Huh, what?" Lisanna asked confusingly
"Were you even listening to our conversation?" Gray asked
"Oh, yea, something about foreign food that was made of glass and static?" Lisanna said nervously. Gray and Natsu gave her a weird look
"Ugh sorry, I'm just really tired, I couldn't sleep all night." She lied while bumping her head on the table.
"You looked kind of pale when you came in today. maybe you should go home and rest for the day." Natsu suggested
"Yeah, I think I will see you guys," Lisanna said as she got up and walked home.
Lisanna wasn't fully lying, she was up all night, not because she couldn't sleep, but because she was thinking of something. Unlike Natsu and Gray, she could believe why everyone apologized, she envied their courage, since she realized and wanted to apologize too
