I'm crammed in the back of a Jeep with Benji and Brandt. Jane is in the front seat, and Ethan is driving. "So we're going to the Burj Khalifa, we're going to meet with a nuclear warhead and his code reader, and we're going to steal the codes, and disarm the bomb?" I ask. Benji nods. "Yes, basically." He says. "So what are Brandt and I going to be doing?" I ask. "You two, are the helpers." Benji says. "CAMELS!" Jane yells and points. We swerve and we get back on the regular road. We reach the building and we unpack the bags. We walk in an elevator and we fly up to level 111. "Room 117." Ethan says, unlocking the door. We all walk in and  set all of our supplies down. Benji immediately sits down and opens his laptop. "Great." He says sarcastically. I walk and stand behind him. "What's wrong?" I ask. "These firewalls are military grade. So we can't get into from the inside." Benji says, running a hand through his hair. Ethan looks up and his brows furrow. "What?" "Yes, we can't access it from the inside but I think we can access it if we break in from the outside." Benji says nervously. "You mean climb outside." I say with disbelief. "Yes." "Into the building." "Yes." "I'm not doing it, I'm a helper." I say, lifting my hands in defense. "I'm a helper too." Brandt says. "And I have to be behind the computer, controlling the elevators and making the masks." Benji says. Ethan sighs and walks over to a window. "So how are we doing this?" Benji throws a climbing glove next to Ethan on the window.
===========================
"Remember it's a rolling off motion that disengages the bond." Benji says. "An easy way to remember, blue is glue." Ethan looks up at Benji with a little confusion in his eyes. "And what is red?" "Dead." Ethan looks calm, but I know my father and I can tell he is nervous. It's in his eyes. "Now here is your cutter and the drive which I'll just clip back here." Benji says, holding up the two items. I'm leaning on the wall by the kitchen. I'm nervously chewing my thumbnail. "Nervous?" I hear a voice say. I look left and I see Brandt standing there. "Oh hey, Brandt." "Scared about your dad?" "Yeah. I just got him back, but what if I lose him now?" I say. "Yeah. He'll do it. I know he will." "I know. He's gonna pull it off." Ethan walks over to the center of the room and he looks out of the cut open window. I walk over and hug him. I bury my face in his chest. "Don't die." I say. "I'm not planning on it." He says, kissing the top of my head. "You can do it, I know you will." I say quietly. He rubs circles on my back to calm me. "I won't die. I won't." He says. "Now get us the access." I say, looking up at him with a ghost of a smile. "I will." He says with a fake smile. He walks over towards the open ledge. "I can't watch this." I say, walking to the empty bedroom. I sit on the edge of the bed and I unbraid my hair and I run my hands through my messy locks. I fall back on the bed, looking up at the ceiling. Why. Why do these things have to happen. Me, the daughter of an IMF agent. Here I am. With little experience on the field and here I am. Working with very advanced agents. I take off my glasses and set them next to me. I close my eyes and tears fall out of the corners. I quickly wipe them away. I hear the door open, close, and lock. "Hey, I brought you a comm so you can talk to your dad, help him while he's climbing, you know. So he can be calm." I sit up and I see Jane. In a power blue dress, holding an earpiece and wearing a warm smile. She walks over and sits next to me. She hands me the earpiece. "I...I just got him back...I can't lose him. Not again." I whisper. I start to cry. Jane rubs my back. "I know, and you probably miss your mom too..." Jane says. "I do. I miss her being Julia and me being Leah. Just plain old Leah. Not Anna Smith." I say, wiping my eyes. "I know, but you're Leah right now." She says. "I...I guess I am." I say, smiling a little. "You can do this." She says. Jane stands up and walks to the door. "Wait." I say, holding a hand up. "Yes?" "Why did you hate me on the train?" I ask, playing with the earpiece. "I thought you were an assassin. Your father would've done the same thing if he was in my position. It's just our nature." Jane says. "Now put that earpiece in. You'll need it." Jane says with a wink. She walks out and closes the door behind her. I take a deep breath and I walk towards the window. I insert the earpiece carefully. I adjust the volume and frequency and I hear the heavy breathing of Ethan, voice of Brandt giving information to Ethan. "What the hell is that?" Brandt says. I look out the window and I see a huge wall of beige and tan slowly drifting towards us. "It's a sandstorm." Brandt says. Benji speaks. "It's a far way out, Ethan. It shouldn't hit you." I swallow and I say, "Don't worry about it, Dad. You'll be fine. Just get us the access." I walk out into the main room. Everyone looks at me. Jane smiles and I smile back. "Woah. When did you decide to get super involved?" Brandt says. "Well I can't just sit around and not help with stopping a nuclear warhead can I?" I say with a shrug. "I'm in." Ethan says, out of breath. "Great! Ethan you're halfway home." Benji says. Benji and I look at the laptop, seeing the red encrypted signs. "Please tell me were online." Ethan says. "Yes! Dad you did it!" I say with a smile. "We can't open this door, can we. "Benji! We have to change the room numbers on the doors, right?" "Yes! We do! Brandt watch the laptop while we're gone." Benji says. "I'll stay here. Jane can go. I can't work one of those." I say. "Fine. Jane! Let's go!" Benji yells. A few minutes pass and Jane comes bursting in the room. I hear distant thumps on the glass and I look out the window. I see Ethan, attached to a line. Brandt comes to my side and yells, "Your line's not long enough!" Ethan looks down at the line and looks back at Brandt and I. "No shit!" He runs the other way and jumps off the building side. Jane comes over and I walk backwards. I see my father, flying through the air. His face and head hit the window. Brandt grabs Ethan's hand, Jane grabs Brandt's pant leg, and Jane has her hand on my wrist. I plant my feet and I pull. Ethan climbs up Brandt, Brandt falls backwards and lies on the floor, and Jane is laying next to me. "Thanks."She says, breathless. "No problem." I say. Benji walks in the room, breathless as well. "Wow, guys that was so hard....what happened to you guys?"
===========================
"Here's your jacket, Jane." I hand her the powder blue jacket she wears over her dress. "You'll do well. We just need a mask." We both look at Benji and he slams his fist in the table. "Dammit!" He yells. "Benji! What's going on!" I yell. "The mask machine is broken. Jane, you're going in without a mask." Benji yells, throwing his hands in the air. "Here's your contact lens." Jane says, handing Brandt a contact. She holds up a paper. "Notice the numbers are in order." She says. Brant nods. "Blink twice." Brandt blinks twice and a paper slides into the case. Jane picks up the paper and holds it up. "Now, the numbers are scrambled. I glance at the elevator camera and I look back again. "She's in the elevator!" I yell. "Jane! Get in position!" Ethan yells. Jane rushes out of the room with the necessary tools she needs. Ethan pulls in a blue jacket and he tries to fix his hair, but messes it up more. "Here, Dad." I say, walking over. "Sit down please." I say. I run a brush through his super tangled hair and I turn in the sink, out the brush under it, and run the wet brush through his hair. "Gosh, Dad. When did you last wash your hair?" "Dunno." He says. "Just get the codes approved." I say, placing a hand in his shoulder. "We have to use the actual codes." He says. Brandt looks up at him and his brows furrow. "You're kidding, right? He's a nuclear warhead are you crazy?!" "Brandt it's fine we'll steal them back- BRADNT NO!" Ethan yells. Brandt is standing next to the open window, the case is in his hand, outside. If Brandt drops it, we are done for. "Brandt we have a plan for this. Just put the case down!" Ethan yells. "What do you know Ethan? You want to give accurate nuclear launch codes to a terrorist! That's crazy!" Brandt yells. "You're crazy for holding the case out of the building! You don't think we will be branded terrorists if we don't go trough with this!?" Ethan yells. Brandt starts to speak but I interrupt. "Brandt. You heard Mr. Secretary. He said if any of us, including me, are caught or killed, we will be branded terrorists. So put the case down. We will stop it." Ethan walks over and takes he case from Brandt. "Sorry." He says in a small voice.
===========================
"He's by the elevators!" Benji yells. Brandt runs out the door to save he nearly dead man. "Put this on!" Benji yells, throwing a bag to me. It has a short sleeved maroon dress in it. It goes to below my knees. There's also matching high heels too. I hear the door slam open and I slide on the shoes. I see Jane, holding a gun to a blonde woman wearing a black dress. She Jane has a bag slung over her shoulder. The woman sits down in a chair as Jane has a pistol trained on her. She hands the pistol to Benji. "Watch her." "What? Why me?" "Because if I do, I'll kill her." Jane grabs the bag that she set on the ground and goes to the bedroom that I was just in. "Watch the cameras!" Benji yells, looking over his shoulder at me. "BENJI WATCH HER!" I scream. Jane runs in and tackles the woman. They punch each other, the woman grabs a wine uncorker (idk what it's called but u know what I mean) and swings it a few times at Jane. The woman tabs the pistol but Jane holds her arms up in the air. The woman fired a few shots and Brandt comes running in. The woman is standing in the ledge and I hear Brandt yell, "JANE! NO!" And Jane kicks the woman over the ledge. I hear her distant screams and a thump and a splatter. Gross. "Where's Ethan?" Benji asks.
===========================
I sit in a chair of the safe room, brushing out my dark brown hair. Benji is nervously typing away on his laptop. Jane is leaning back in her chair, looking at her nails, and Brandt is pacing the room. Ethan bursts out of the room. I can't hear anything because I have headphones in. Jane gave them to me, including a phone. I look up and I do a double take. Brandt is pointing a gun at Ethan. "How does a person with skills like that end up as analyst?" Ethan says. Brandt hands him the gun and looks him right in the eyes. "We all have our secrets." Brandt says, looking at the floor, avoiding our eyes. "I'll tell you mine if I tell you yours." Ethan says. Ethan suddenly runs out of the room and leaves the safe house. "So what's the secret?" I ask.
===========================
"Mission in Croatia. Husband, Wife, Daughter. Had to go there for some sort of business trip. He decided to bring the whole family. One morning, the husband decides to go on a jog. I go with, leaving the wife and daughter behind with two guards. When we come back, the guard are unconscious and the wife and daughter are gone." Brandt says. He takes a sip of his drink. "The police found the bodies three days later in a pond, what was left of them anyway." "What happened to the husband?" Benji says, brows creasing. "Well, I never saw him again- until two days ago when I was in a car with Ethan Hunt in Moscow."

NOTE:  Okay so I was planning to have the story about the wife and daughter's death be a little different, I was gonna have them die in a car accident but I kept the original. I hope you guys like it! Leave comments on what should happen next! -FairlyNewPotterhead
