"Hey you two!" Rapunzel called out to Hiccup and Merida.
"Hiccup. Merida. Are you..." Jack asked, smiling slightly.
"Friends again... Yea." Hiccup said, smiling at Merida.
"That's good... Should we get back on the journey?" Rapunzel said excitedly and Hiccup sighed.
"I think it would be best to sleep for now..." Hiccup replied, and smiled at Jack who glared at him, but then shrugged.
"OK."
"Come on Jack! I'll get some wood with you!" Rapunzel exclaimed and she dragged Jack with her, and when they were far enough away she turned to face him.
"You need something sweety?"
"How many girls have you flirted with?"
"What?" Jack asked surprised. What was Rapunzel asking.
"Did you kiss any of them? Are you really in love with me? Are you using me? Are..."
"Punzzie... What are you talking about?"
"You said you flirted with other girls!" Rapunzel exclaimed, throwing her hands up in the air in frustration.
"I haven't ever said that. I have never flirted with anyone."
"Not even Tooth?"
"What do you mean? I think she fancys me, but never Tooth."
"I'm sure there is someone. What about Daylight?"
"How do you know of Daylight?" Jack asked, his eyebrows arching in a way that usual makes Rapunzel laugh, but she remained a straight face.
"She is the leader of the angels."
"Daylight is a wolf."
"That probably wouldn't stop you."
"Rapunzel." Jack said firmly. He hated how it sounded so firm, but he had to get Rapunzel to listen.
"What?"
"If you must know, I have flirted with many girls, but they all couldn't see me. And it was just for fun."
"So where do I fit in? Am I just another girl, but this time it is more 'special' for you because I can see you?"
"If you were just another girl I would be bored of you already."
"You seemed bored of me before. You kept pushing me away!"
"I hurt you before! Of course I was pushing you away!"
"How can I know that...? What if you're lying to make me feel better...?" Rapunzel whispers and Jack suddenly felt hurt.
"I'm sorry Rapunzel. If you can't trust me then I don't think this can work." Jack said and he picked up some sticks quickly and walked back over to Merida and Hiccup, leaving Rapunzel staring after him, but she followed him quickly, picking up sticks as she went.
"Can you tell me more about Berk?" Merida asked Hiccup while they waited for Jack and Rapunzel come back.
"What about it?"
"How about your friends?"
"Friends?" Hiccup laughed at that word and Merida looked confused.
"You had friends didn't you?"
"Ah... No. I am the runt, of course I had no friends."
"But what about the fact you trained a dragon?"
