"Give up fighting Jack." A voice said and Tooth squealed.

"Pitch!" She yelled, charging towards Jack, who ducked at the last moment.

"Toothina. Fancy seeing you here." Pitch said, suddenly appearing were Tooth was a second ago.

"Pitch! Wait till the word gets to the Guardians that you have been terrorising the Guardians-To-Be." Tooth yelled, throwing a pleading glace at Jack, which he ignored.

"We are not going to be Guardians!" Jack yelled, taking this chance to step out of the ways as Tooth spreaded her arms, realising tons of small fairies who charged at Pitch.

"Training your fairies to fight now are we?" Pitch laughed, making a dark, sand-like whip, and pulled it down next to Tooth, who gave another squeal. Jack leapt up into the air, and Pitch hissed as Tooth flew up after him.

"Jack!" She called to him, but suddenly got caught in Pitch's whip.

"He doesn't want to be a Guardian, so stop terrorising him with your annoying presence." Pitch hissed, pulling Tooth to the ground. However, Jack turned around and threw an ice bolt at the whip, breaking it into two and freeing Tooth.

"Thank you Jack." Tooth said quickly and, gathering up her fairies, flew away. Pitch sighed at the retreating figure of Tooth and turned to Jack, who was glaring at him.

"Why did you free the pesky fairy?" Pitch asked and Jack shrugged a reply.

"Because I rather be a Guardian then have to help you." Jack said and flew towards the mountain, where he hoped the others were waiting.

"Hiccup... We are almost there!" Merida yelled, and Hiccup nodded as he attempted to slow Toothless down, but a sudden gust of cold wind blew them off path and, both Merida and Rapunzel started to fall off.

"Hiccup!" Rapunzel screamed as she and Merida tumbled closer to the ground, but Toothless was too out of control to do a dive and catch them. Merida and Toothless tumbled closer to the ground, but by a sudden chance of fate, Jack caught Merida.

"Merida..." Jack whispered, lowering them to the ground, while Merida was gasping in shock.

"Jack! There was a wind that stuffed Toothless up... I don't know where everyone else is though!" Merida yelled, standing up and attempting to walk up the mountain to find Rapunzel and Hiccup, but she fell back down again.

"It's OK. We will find them." Jack replied, sounding more sure then he felt.

Meanwhile, Hiccup had managed to get Toothless in control, and had dived down to catch Rapunzel. She was fumbling around with her hair, and managed to gather it up.

"Rapunzel!" Hiccup yelled, diving further as Rapunzel threw her hair around a tree branch, which broke almost instantly, but gave Toothless enough time to catch up to her and grab her.

"Hiccup!" Rapunzel gasped excitedly and started laughing as she climbed back into a sitting position on Toothless' back.

"Toothless! UP!" Hiccup yelled, and even as Toothless tried to fly back up, they knew it was too late. They crashed, and there was a little squeak as Pascal crawled out from under Toothless.

"Pascal!" Rapunzel gasped, scooping the chameleon up. Hiccup, however, was tending to Toothless in his usual caring manner.

"Toothless! How is the tail? Have you lost the other half? Did you tear a hole in the wing?" He said, as Toothless examined himself all over.

"He looks so tired... I don't think he can fly much further." Rapunzel remarked, putting Pascal on her shoulder.

"He is tired... Maybe we should try to find the others?" Hiccup asked, patting Toothless' nose and reaching for his note book, which was gone.

"Hiccup? We need to rest." Rapunzel said, and sighed as Hiccup didn't pay attention to her and search around the ground. "What are you looking for?"

"My note book. It had a map of the mountains. They could be anywhere..." Hiccup replied, still searching around on the mountain side.

"Hiccup!" Rapunzel gasped and she joined the search almost inmedently.

"Jack... Where do you think they are?" Merida asked, sitting down. Jack, who was climbing higher, looked down at her and shrugged.

"They could be anywhere, but I think they are on this mountain." Jack replied and Merida sighed, as she jumped up and joined the climb.

"Orangutan! Stay down there!" Jack yelled, but Merida ignored him and continued climbing.

"I am not an orang-utan, Frost! And I need to find Hiccup!" Merida yelled back to him, making Jack swear.

"Merida." Jack started again but Merida had climbed above him, so he was rushing to catch up.

"Come on slow poke!" Merida yelled back down and Jack saw that she was finding weak spots and stabbing her arrows in them as she climbed.

"If it weren't for you, I would have been flying." Jack said annoyed, but he continued climbing up anyway.

"If it weren't for you, I would have been dead. Thank you Frosty." Merida whispered quietly, halting in her climbing process to glance down at Jack, who she was sure didn't hear what she said.

"You're welcome." Jack whispered back even more quieter, because he had heard what Merida said, and he was shocked to even hear such a thing from her, to him, but then a second later she was climbing up again, so he followed her.
