But due to a recent dispute with Pakistan and China, a Lok Sabha assembly was being held. There was infiltration on the line of control at the same time by the countries. This became an international issue, on every news portal. The headlines were criticizing this act as immoral, unethical and a poor strategy to occupy the disputed area of Kashmir and that of Arunachal Pradesh. Though China had backed down after the counter attack but Pakistan was still trying to infiltrate the line of control.
The Government was stating to take strong action but only promises were being made. The assembly rather than discussing on the issue and taking an action, was fighting among itself.
The troops were struggling at the western border as the main platoon of Lieutenant Dharam Pandit was absent at the scene and the fleet of Air Chief Marshal Tahir Ali was heading towards Delhi instead of, but these major problems were overshadowed by other seemingly more important issues.
The Parliament house was the hot topic of the debate but everything changed the following day in the history of the Republic of India and the world.
