Regina slept for several more hours, and then heard the creaking of the wood, and Killian's familiar boots coming down the corridor. She cracked her eyes open to see that the sun was coming up, meaning it was early morning.

She saw him step into the room, "Hello," he walked towards her hanging clothing, and checked to see if it was dry. "Mm, you'll have this to wear, after your punishment," He turned to look at her.

"What did I do?" She asked, almost whining at him. He scowled at her, "You don't have to do anything, I can punish you as I want," he shrugged callously. She sighed, and didn't understand. Regina assumed that maybe he wanted to punish her to keep her in a state of submission, and maybe even confusion.

It was already clear to her that he did care about her, somewhere in there, deep down. Perhaps he wanted to make her think otherwise with these punishments. "You'll wear my shirt, while I punish you, keeps your behind bare anyway, get up," He nodded and placed a chair in the center of the room.

She obediently stood up. "Kneel on the chair," he directed her. Listening to him, she knelt on it, and placed her hands on its backing. Crossing over to her, Killian had rope, and tied her ankles together.

She sat mainly on her ankles after he tied them, and then he tied her wrists to the back of the chair. "Now then, you're going to get a little discipline, to keep you in line today, if we decide to go off the ship," He said.

Killian gathered the cane in his right hand, and Regina watched him wide eyed walk in front of her. He took off his belt.

Regina's POV

I was kneeling on the chair, my ankles tied under me and my hands tied to the back of it. I knew he had the cane, and I wondered if I was getting both the cane and the strap. He placed the cane down, and took his belt holding it in front of me. "You bite down on this, and you don't drop it," he said, putting it towards my mouth.

I opened my mouth and bit my jaw down on the strap, holding it tightly. "Good girl," he picked up the cane again and walked back behind me. I dreaded feeling the sting of it, but it came, and I felt my body jolt at the sharp burn of it across my behind.

It was harder than I thought to hold the strap between my teeth. Even though each crack of his cane against me made me grit my teeth, I felt I would lose my grip holding onto the belt. His belt wasn't small, and the metal on one side of it, held some weight.

Killian switched the cane across her behind ten times, leaving little red stripes yet again. He didn't do it as hard as the first time, and mainly was testing to see her hold the strap as he instructed.

"That's a good girl," he said softly, and rubbed his hand over her bare behind. She clenched her teeth on the strap, and she felt a strange feeling, as his hand rubbed over her bottom. She wasn't sure what it was.

What Regina was feeling, was arousal. His hand on her skin, given it was gentle and soft, was making her excited. She didn't even realize the feeling and felt like clenching her legs together. The tone of his voice was soft as well.

Placing the cane down, he came in front of her. "Not terrible, but hopefully enough to keep you behaving today, and perhaps if you're good, I'll take you to a tavern again. However, remember, I can punish you there, easily," He reminded her.

She blinked and nodded up at him, with the leather still between her teeth. A smile came across his face, and he removed the belt from her mouth. "Now then," he undid the ropes around her wrists and ankles.

"Get yourself dressed in your dry clothing," he instructed. She stepped down from the chair, and nodded to him, going to her clothing. She faced away from him, and knew he was watching her.

Killian's POV

I watched her strip off the shirt of mine, and her back was all bare. I saw the little red stripes I just gave her, they weren't horrible, but probably enough sting and discomfort to last the day. She had such an hourglass shape, a curve to her figure, petite, porcelain.

She got herself dressed in the outfit that I had picked for her. It really did suit her. Turning towards me, she softly smiled as she tied her hair back.

"Good, wait here, I'll be back in a little while, have to dock the ship," he nodded, and headed out of the room.

Once he left, Regina rubbed her backside with her own hand, trying to relieve a little of the sting there. She sighed, unsure what she felt moments before when his hand was over her behind. It was a good feeling, but she couldn't figure it out.

The ship was about an hour away from land, and Killian guided it to the dock. As he was gone, Regina felt a tickle in her throat, and a stuffy feeling in her nose. She sneezed a few times, and her head started to hurt.

She was sick

Killian returned below and headed towards Regina, as she sat quietly on the bed. He noticed her skin was a little sweaty. "Hmm," he furrowed his brow and touched her cheek gently. "Someone feels ill," He observed.

"I'm... ACHOO!" she sneezed. "Hmm, indeed, definitely sick," he said looking at her flushed cheeks, and feeling how hot her head was. "Alright, boots off, into bed," he said. She sniffled her nose, and he gave her a handkerchief.

Killian ducked his head out a moment, "Mr. Smee!!" He yelled out, and shortly after he appeared. "Get some tea made, and some broth, quickly," he commanded urgently. "Come here you," Killian loosened Regina's bodice for her.

She felt weak, and definitely sick. He gently tucked her into bed.

Smee brought him some tea for Regina, and some broth. He sat next to her on the bed. She sighed softly, "Mmm, come here," he blew on the hot tea and gently put it towards her lips.

"Come now, try to sip," he cooed gently at her. She blinked at him and sipped the tea.

Regina's POV

I felt so tired, and weak. The tea soothed my throat, and he was so gentle. He held the cup towards my mouth for me to drink, and kept his eyes softened looking at me. "That's a good girl," he whispered so gently to me. I was freezing, and kept feeling my body shake.

Killian tended to Regina, getting a damp cloth and placing it on her head, pacing around the room, and replacing the cloth every so often.

The Captain stayed with her for hours. Not leaving the room once, he continued to care for her through the evening. Her fever took it's time, before suddenly breaking, and soaking Regina in a sweat.

"There we go," he said softly, feeling her head and the fever had broken. She blinked her eyes at him, and he softly smiled. "And here I thought you were going to leave me," he winked.
