JASONS PoV
“I don’t get it” I told Chiron “what’s wrong with that guy” .
“What is wrong with whom” Çhiron asked . ‘’Percy’’ I replied .
''I know that he just lost Annabeth , but she was our friend too. Its about time he stopped acting like a jerk and moved on with his life’’ I said to Chiron who was listening quite patiently.
''Any one who knew Annabeth and Percy from the beginning would not react this way to Percy’s current attitude'' replied Chiron calmly.
''But Percy’s crossing the limit” I snapped back a bit impatiently.
'' If you knew the deepness of their relationship then you would’ve understood why Percy is acting this way ” Chiron explained .
“Any ways you were right about one thing its about time Percy had a change of atmosphere”.
PERCYS PoV
I woke to the sound of the bubbling of some fishes nearby .
I thought about my flashback . It was about the times I had spent with Annabeth in this lake .
But what troubled me most was the weird vision I got from my Dad .
“Percy , my son , you can expect someone special coming into your life very soon . Please remember to stick by this persons side and help in all the ways you can ”said Posiedon.
I didn’t understand what that meant so I went back to my cabin to prepare for the council meeting .
PIPERS PoV
I didn’t know what was up with Jason but he seemed pretty pissed when he went to talk with Chiron .
I put that thought out of my head and to my cabin.
In my cabin I saw a crowd that had gathered . I went over to check what was happening .
“What’s going on here” I demanded.
The crowd cleared the way for me . In the middle my half sister Rydel was sitting and crying . I enquired about what was happening. One of my siblings said what happened .
Drew came in asked Rydel to clean Drew’s bunk , but Rydel refused .
Then Drew tried using charm speak but it didn’t work . Rydel asked her why couldn’t she do it herself .
Drew got angry and insulted her and said that she would go to Nico and tell him that Rydel is a complete jerk and she would start spreading rumours of Rydel and Nico around camp (RYDEL HAS A CRUSH ON NICO).
Then Rydel replied she wouldn’t dare and Drew snapped back telling she will and slapped Rydel and went out of the room.
I felt anger boil inside me. Not only was Rydel my sister , she was also a good friend and I am not going to let that sissy Drew insult her and get away.
I went over to Rydel “It will be okay” I calmed her down.
“But she will start to spread rumours then Nico will hate me much less like me” she said and started to sob again.
“what makes you think that people will believe her, I know Nico he wont easily give into rumours”.
“Now stop crying and be strong , the next time drew comes to mess with you just slap her back”..................
