Chapter 4-The next day

Chapter 4

Eloise's POV

I crawled into bed with my phone at my ear. That was perfect my best friend had just told me he felt the same way as I did. I wish he was here but he wasn't. I loved him and I wanted to fall asleep in his arms everyday for the rest of my life. Suddenly my phone started ringing. The caller ID was private so I answered.

"Hello" I spoke soflty.

"Hello Eloise?" he voice was familiar but I couldn't quite work out who it was. "Omfg did you tell him?" With that I knew exactly who it was. It was my best friend Paige, she was always like this and it didn't surprise me that she asked.

"Yes I told him and guess what?" I now had excitement in my voice.

"Oh my god, no. Elly. He feels the same? Really?"

"yes he does" I heard her scream on the other end of the line. It was ear piercing.

"Elly, I'm coming over now and staying the night, I'll bring stuff for tomorrow" she hung up. It didn't matter if she came over my mum was away and I don't know where my dad is. Probably in jail or something. You see, my dad was never a nice man. My mum finally kicked him out when I was young and I have never heard of him again. Only Paige and Kayla know what he did to me because I know they won't tell anyone. Ever.

~10 mins later~

My phone rings again. It's Paige.

"Hey, just unlock the door with the spare key I'm in my room"

"Okay" she hung up and soon appeared in my room.

Kayla dumped her bag at the door and jumped on my king bed, already in her Pj's. She shuffled closer to me.

"So, what'd he say? How did you tell him?" she was questioning me but I knew she wouldn't judge so I went ahead and told her.

"Well, actually he told me first, I noticed he wasn't being himself. That's when he confessed, he told me he couldn't think straight. How I was always on his mind how he didn't want to leave but only did because I told him to and-"I was interrupted.

"Okay, okay. I get it you guys are cute. But what did you say?" I laughed a little at her response then continued.

"I told him I felt the same way. I told him how he made my world sparkle and how I loved his eyes and his smile and he sense of humor. How I loved him. Then he shared a virtual kiss." I laughed at how stupid I sounded.

"Oh my god. Elly, what happened after that?" she wanted more.

"Umm, he blew me a kiss then went to sleep."

~next day~

'Beep beep beep'

My alarm went off again waking me and Kayla. She moaned and rolled over hitting the button to turn it off. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. The sun was shining through the windows and it was bright.

"Morning Paige" I said happily.

"Morning Eloise" she groaned obvisily not as happy as I was. How could she blame the though? "Elly, your head its way worse this morning" oh right I completely forgot about it. I felt it with my fingers and the lump was pretty huge. I checked in the mirror and it was bright red! Uh Oh!

We slowly got ready for school and rushed out the door. We met up with Kayla at the usual place and explained it again. We endured another torturous day of school. Ever since Louis had left our popularity had gone down and only the people that knew us well spoke to us. Luckily Kayla had a boyfriend so she was always happy and chirpy. It brightened up our day.

~skip to after school~

'Briiiiiiing' the bell rang signaling end of school. Yess math was finally over. I quickly gathered my things and headed to my locker. There I was confronted with familiar faces. Paige, Kayla and Kayla's Boyfriend. We had built quite a friendship with Logan Kayla's boyfriend. He was always around us and i treated him like a brother.

We stood there and chatted for a while. We were talking quite loudly and did not realize the principal was standing behind us until he tapped Logan on the shoulder. We immediately stopped laughing and dropped quiet. Logan was called down to the principal's office. We waited with Kayla for what felt like hours. Even though we ware outside the principal's office it was pretty fun. Kyla was laughing pretty hard and it made me and Paige laugh as well. When the door opened Logan stepped out. Smile plastered on his face.

"Guess what?" he sounded happy.

"What?" Kayla responded after finishing laughing.

"I got accepted into collage" Kayla ran and gave him a hug congratulating him.

Me and Paige just left and walked home. She came back to mine to get her stuff from last night. The walk was pretty long and boring. I fell over and hit my head which didn't help the bruise that was already there. Paige just thought it was funny. We were laughing when we went up to my door and unlocked it. We went inside and made some food. It was just simple but we were still laughing. Paige needed to pee so I decided to get changed.

I walked into my room and started taking my school dress off. I walked into my walk in robe and pulled out a summer dress to put on. It was light blue with beautiful flowers on it. I walked back into my main bedroom and laid it down on the bed. I was about to pick it up when I feel warms hands on my waist.
