Chapter 8- Finally awake

Chapter 8

Louis POV

~1 week later~

I was walking into Eloises hosptal room, where she lay dormant, for what felt like the thousandth time. She had been in a coma for a week and the doctors told me that was what was best for her but i missed her. Seeing her like this hurt me. i had some breakfast in my hand and the boys behind me. When they found out they insisted on coming right away. And that they did. She was my girlfriend but they all loved her. All of them. I respected that and it was good that they got along so well.

We went in and i took my ususal seat by her bed, holding her hand once again. Niall sat on the other side of the bed, next to him Zayn and Liam. harry sat next to me and rubbed my shoulder. I turned to him. 

"Lou, she will be alright. I know i've said this millions of times but when i sat it i mean it. she will pull through this, she is tough and so are you."

 "Thankyou harry." I replied letting go of Eloise's hand and hugging Harry.

"What for?" He said cheekily, flashing me a smile and dimples.

"Believeing"

"Oh right" We both chuckled. The door opened and we all turned out heads at the speed of light. the docto walked in, the same one i had told about the bullying.

"Oh good you boys are in!" he seemed happier then ususal. maybe there was some good news he had for us!

"hello doctor" I replied in the same cheerful tone he did.

"Its great to see you, i have some good news i think you will like." He sat down on a chair in the middle of the room and we all leaned in attentively.

"We are thinking about waking Eloise up. Her broken bones shouldnt cause too much pain so we think it is time we woke her. I know how much you boys want to see her!" With that we all loightened up.

"are you serious Doctor?" 

"Yes Louis I am serious." i jumped up and did a happy dance. the boys laughed.

"Hahaha i know your excited but can i see you outside please?" 

"yes of course" I stopped dancing and followe the doctor outside of the room, leaving a couple of excited teenage boys inside. Especially Niall. He was very excited.

"So Louis, last week you said that Eloise may have been a victim of verbal and physical abuse. Correct?"

"Yes doctor that is true"

"well we have traced back some information on her broken ribs. It turns out we think that the physical abuse may have broken 2 of her ribs."

"Are you serious doctor? oh they're gonna pay for this"  I was starting to get angry now.

"No sir no need for that.. When we wake up Eloise we are going to get the police in to do some checks on this and get the bullies investigated"

"Yes doctor that is a great idea!! Thankyou!" I gave him a hug but he pulled away. "Oh sorry" I said awkwardly.

"nah its okay."

"so when can we wake her up?"

"Well i was thinking we could take her off the drugs now and she will be awake by tonight?""Om

"Yes that sounds amazing: Thankyou again" Then there was this noise. It was his pager.

"Gotta take this sorry bye"  With that he left so i walkedback into the room a smile spread on my face from ear to ear. 

"Why are you smiling Lou?"  harry asked.

"Oh no reason."

"Lou, You really think you can pull that on me?"

"Fine, its just im excited to see Elly"

"Louis William Tomlinson, you are such a horrble liar, now tell me the truth.  Why are you so happy? and what did the doctor want?"

"Arrgh fine, the doctor wanted to check that i was okay if we woke Eloise up today"

"Fine dont tell me then." He turned his head and crossed his arms. Dman he knew me too well. I walked over and sat on his lap playing with his cheeks. Pulling them making noises as if he was a kid. Then my phone started to go off. It was Paige.

"hello" I answered walking out the room once again.

"Hey louis. Is there any news on Eloise? Should i ditch work and come in?"

"Yes actually there is some news. Its good you should come in"

"What is it?"

"They are going to wake her up" i almost screemed into the phone.

 "Omg are you serious. Thats amazing" I coudve sworn she screemed. "Ill be in there soon. Ill pick up Kayla and Logan and bring them too. Is that okay?"

"Make that just Kayla otherwise it would be too crowded."

"okay see you soon"

She hung up. I decided to call Kim.

'bring bring bring'

"Hello"

"hey Kim, Its Louis!"

"yes. I know, but why do you seem so happy?"

"because I have some good news!"

"Tell me what is it?"

"THAY ARE GONNA WAKE ELLY UP!"

"Thats great news! Im coming in straight away."

"Okay ill see you soon" 

I hung up and walked back into the room to see Niall grasping Eloises hand tightly. What was he doing? she was mine?

When he saw me he let go of her hand and looked at me, i shrugged it off and sat next to Harry again. Than the doctor walked in with some bad news....
