Haley pov
As Ellie walks closer I turn to Peter.
"Can you distract her? She is not herself. I need to find out what is going on." I ask.
Peter nods and jumps out in front of Ellie. Ellie starts trying to zap him and Peter dodges.
Pelix covers me as if he knows what I am doing. I stroke his head before I go back to what I was doing.
"Please give me the power to help my friend. Let me in her mind so I can free her." I say. I start to feel tingly before I am teleported into a town.
This is the town we spent the first few years of our lives. I walk around until I get to the house that Ellie used to live in. I walk in the door to look around.
Ellie is sitting in a blue bubble staring ahead.
"Ellie?" I ask.
"Haley... Peter got you didn't he? I always knew when we talked he listened closely." Ellie says.
Ellie turns to me and I almost flinch at the sight of her. It looks like she hasn't slept for days. And she looks like she has been trying to penetrate the bubble.
"I guess that is a new way to exhaust your mind right?" Ellie asks.
"Lets get you out of her." I say circling around the bubble.
"It is no use. It is impenetrable." Ellie says.
"I won't give up on us. We will find a way. What if we hit the same part at the same time?" I ask.
"I will try. For you." Ellie says.
We both back up and line up with each other. We both surge forward and hit the bubble at the same time.
There is a sound of shattering and the bubble shatters making us run into each other. We both get up and brush each other off.
Ellie looks back at where she was looking before. She gasps, grabs my arm and starts running. As she is running she shouts, "Peter is in trouble! He got hit!"
