You wake up in your room, a modern-ish style, a dresser in the back corner of your room, a desk across from your bed. The room is rather cluttred, your school supplies all over the floor. You get out of bed, walk over to the dresser, and grab some clothes. After, you head for the bathroom.
...
You step out of the bathroom after you take a shower, brush your teeth and hair, and get dressed. It is work time for you.
You work at the local arcadde as the manager. All you have to do is walk around and make sure no one breaks anything. Your "uniform" code is rather vague, so you can wear practically anything. Today, you choose to wear a thin, long-sleeve shirt and jeans. You slip on your sneakers.
After you are ready for the day, you exit your room and out into the main area of your apartment. It is almost as messy as your room.
"I really need to clean this place up," you think to yourself as you strategically make your way to the kitchen. Unfortunately, you are one of the biggest klutz in the world, so you trip and fall over your game controller cord. You stand up and dust yourself off, then finish the rest of the walk to your kitchen.
In the kitchen, you are ready for breakfast. You woke up a little late, but you still have time. You search the entirety of your kitchen for cereal or yogurt. Nothing. You resort to your cabinet for a bag of chips. You pull out your favorite kind of chips and open the bag. You begin to eat your chips.
As you eat, your phone starts ringing. You pick it up and answer it.
"Hello?" you ask into the phone after swallowing your mouth-full of food.
"Hey <Y/N>," your co-worker says on the other side. "I need some help here, when are you coming in?"
You think for a moment, then reply.
"I'm fixing to head out now."
"Okay, great! See you when you get here."
You hang up the phone. Now you had to hurry. Checking the time, you see it is 10:02 AM. You ended up staying at hour late. Quickly, you finish your bag of chips and book it to the front door of your apartment. At the front, you pull open a drawer in a stand. Your keys lay in it. You grab them and then shut the drawer. Sliding the keys into your jacket pocket, you open the door and exit.
Because you are in a hurry, you take the stairs down to the first floor. You are on the fifth floor. You race down the hall and into the stair well. Going down the stairs, you skip every two steps.
After a few minutes, possibly three, you make it to the first floor. Readjusting your posture, you quickly walk and open the door. The foyer of the apartment is slightly crowded; you struggle to get out and into the parking lot. Thankfully, you make it out in one piece. Once outside in the hot sun, you check the time on your phone: 10:08. You turn your phone off and slide it back into your pocket, and take out your keys.
Your car is not too far from where you stand,
