Blaze

I was sitting on the bed, waiting for Silver to finish his training for the day. I waited here for five hours! Sitting here watching TV, trying to get it off my mind. It wasn't working very well. I can't get Silver out of my head. What if he gets really injured?! Or breaks a limb?! I couldn't live with myself if he got hurt just training! I heard the door creak open, and saw Silver step in. I was so happy to see him, until he stepped all the way in.

He walked in, limping. He was all bruised up, and bleeding in some spots! "Oh my god! Silver!" I ran up to him, to help him up.

I laid him down gently on the bed. "What did they do to you!" I asked scared.

"It *cough cough* was just training Blaze. Nothing big.." He said looking at me with one eye swollen shut. My tears started coming out. "Silver you can't do this anymore! This is going to kill you!" I cried out, with his head on my lap.

"We've only got *cough cough* one more day of this Blaze... I can live through this.. *cough cough*." He said to me. Tears just continued to flow down my cheeks.

"I don't care! Look at you!" I said pointing to the mirror. He looked at it and sighed. "Blaze... I will live through this, I already promised you that." He tried to smile. I sighed at him. "When is the ceremony.." I sighed. "Two days from now." He replied back.

I looked into his eyes, and trusted him. "Just.. Please be careful Silver..." I smiled to him, and kissed his forehead.

"I cannot go through with this Scourge!" The captain yelled.

"You're going to have to Captain Lynx. You will do what I say, or this whole kingdom burns."

"I don't want the kingdom to suffer! I just want to become king! Nothing more!"

"Then you better kill the personal guards Captain."

"The hedgehogs? They did nothing!"

"Doesn't matter. Kill them, and the throne is all yours."

"..."

"Just think Captain, you do this and you'll own this kingdom! You can rule it with an iron fist! Just after, I kill the newly crowned queen Sally."

"...okay.."

"Excellent Captain! I'll see you at the ceremony!" Scourge said, then disappeared.
