"Who's y/n?" One guy asked. Throwing off the blanket I said,
"I'm y/n." I was wearing all black and could see the guys looking at me. "Y/n King."
"What are you doing here?" A boy asked, blonde hair, blue eyes, like me. "Um escaping people who were trying to kill me." I replied casually.
"Well i'm Liam." The boy said. "That's zu, and chubs." The other boy looked at me. "Charlie to you." I just glared back at him.
"I will call you whatever I want, Charles." I told him. But I smiled at Zu, "Thanks, Zu." I said and she smiled back.
"So what are you escaping from?" The boy, Liam asked. I rolled my eyes.
"I told you, from people who are trying to kill me." I don't open up to people, it's hard and frankly I don't like people. I swear his eyes could have gone to the very back of his head if he wasn't the one driving.
"Alright then, next question do you have anything with you?" I looked down, I did, I had the birthday present I got from my parents six years ago. Something that might help because no one knew about it.
"She does." Chubs said. Oh sorry, Charles. Anyways thanks Charles, like I wanted everyone to know that.
"What do you have?" Liam asked. I carefully took the phone out of my pocket.
"My phone." I said. The phone was still in the box, fully set up, with a plan, a phone number and everything. But it was turned off, in the box was a charger so as long as I didn't lose that we should be fine. Chubs, Charles just stared at it.
"You have a phone?" He repeated. Again, I rolled my eyes.
"No I have an alien baby, yes I have a phone!" I said spilling sarcasm in my words.
"Does it work?" Liam asked. I nodded.
"Fully, it still has a plan and a number and data." I told them.
"I-uh got it from my parents on my birthday six years ago, they never found it at the camp." I told them. But why? I don't like opening up. Zu seems nice, Charles seems like a petty know it all, but I don't know how to place Liam, nosy?
"Well I won't bother you I'll be getting out." I said heading to the door. But got pushed back when another car slammed into us from behind.
"I knew Lady Jane was following us." I heard Liam say as he swiveled down the road. I got up to see not only Lady Jane chasing us, but Kate and Matt following too. "Oh no." I muttered under my breath. Liam was turning his head back and forth avoiding the cars at all costs. Finally he said.
"Can you drive?" I looked at him like he was a crazy person.
"What are you crazy?" I asked.
"It's not harder than riding a scooter and chubs can't see squat, so it's up to you to drive." He told me as I climbed into the front seat he shimmied into the back. Woah so not like riding a scooter. I felt a gust of wind and quickly looked back and saw Liam swirling leaves around the cars and throwing a tree in the way. He then quickly climbed back into the front taking the wheel from me. He's a blue, with the power of telekinesis. Obviously charles is a green, and I saw Zu using electric powers so she is a gold.
"We are heading to an empty inn to spend the night we will figure it out from there." Liam said as we pulled into the inn.
"One last thing." Charles said as everyone's heads turned to him. He turned to me and asked,
"What color are you?" I stared at him unable to speak.
'I-uh I." I was starting to feel uncomfortable with all these eyes staring at me. I took a deep breath and said,
"I'm an orange."
