Chapter 8.

Anees's Pov

I heard the news. That Ruth won't be able to get surgery. And that her and her boo boo finally got together. It's so cute. Everyone is just all happy and I'm here, throwing up for the freaking third time today. God I don't even know what the hell I ate that got me this sick. If it continues then ill just have to go to the doctor.

"Babe, are you okay?" Jamal asked

"Yeah.. " I said as I washed my mouth and walked out the bathroom.

"Anees.. You've been like this for 2 weeks now.. Are you sure you're Okay?"

"I'm fine.. I guess I got food poisoning or something." I said as I laid on the bed and closed my eyes

"Babeeee!! You said we could do it tonight. "

"Jamal.. I'm tired.."

He pouted and kissed me goodnight. I'm just not into this right now. I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.

When I woke up Jamal was already gone. Like always. Today I was actually feeling better. I ate in peace. But for some reason I still felt a little weird. I blamed it on my sickness. That's all, in a few days I'll be feeling a lot better.

"Are you okay?" Elani asked

"Yeah.. I've just been feeling a little weird.." I said

"Tell me about it.. Lately I can't hold any food in." She sighed

"Girl, same here. " I said

"But god I don't even know how it happened. Ever since 2 nights ago.. I can't even hold any food in.." She said

"Oh god. I've been like this for like 2 weeks. But I'm a little bit better thank god. Maybe you should go to the doctor."

"Yeah.. I think I will. But you know.. Usually when this happens it just means you're pregnant."

We both laughed and then our eyes widened. Oh hell no.

"Oh fuck no." She said out loud

"Elani.. Have you been having..?"

"I didn't think.. It was only a couple of times! God! Anees!!"

"What's wrong why are you so worried??"

"Cause I've been drinking!!! God!!! What if I hurt the child!"

"Dude , calm down. You don't know yet. Get a pregnancy test and see what happens." I said

Elani's Pov

I walked into my best friends room with 3 pregnancy tests.

"Are you ready?" She smiled

"Y-yeah.. You'll.. You'll be here right?" I asked

She got up and I took her hand and squeezed it tightly.

"Of course." She smiled

She waited. I waited. I didn't want to look down. But I had to. My eyes widened and I felt the tears.

"Elani? What's wrong? What is it?" Ruth asked squeezing my hand

"I.. It's .. God.. It's positive.. I'm pregnant!" I said

"Oh god! This is amazing!! Congrats! Elani you're gonna be a mother!" She smiled

"Yeah.. I'm .. I'm gonna be a mother.." I almost fell

"Hey, hey.. What's wrong.."

"I'm gonna be a mother.. That's what's wrong.. I can't be a mother.. I'm only 21.. I just started my modeling career.. This is going to end it all for me.."

"Elani don't say that.. You're having a child.. That's so amazing."

I'm pregnant. What am I gonna tell Aden?
