Storyshift Chara x Child!Reader

(Gender neutral reader.)

Three words....'Hide and Seek' . Yes that's how our naive child called Y/n fell underground. To be honest who could blame the four year old child? They honestly didn't know it was a trap and that their older siblings hated them and was going to break their leg... Well instead of breaking their leg they accidentally pushed Y/n into the underground and quickly ran away. . . So that was the reason that Y/n was sleeping on a bed in Papyrus's house in the ruins.

Two years later

A year ago another human had fallen down. Their name was Frisk! And they were also a (insert gender)! Y/n loved playing with them! But Frisk liked flirting with Y/n. Of course falling down at the very innocent age of four and then being in the Underground for a year... Only living in the ruins. With people who wouldn't have the heart to ruin a five (now six) year olds Innocence... And of course Y/n had seen a newborn froggit and asked Papa ((they can't pronounce Papyrus so they just called Papyrus 'Papa' seeing as Papyrus seemed to be the father figure they never had)) how Froggit babys worked. He said they mostly lived in the water of the ruins. So Y/n's Innocence remained. But one day everyone was celebrating Frisk's first year in the Underground. Frisk had Invited Y/n and Papyrus. Y/n was slightly nervous since the only outfits they owned were just sweaters,scarfs,skirts/shorts (or both) some socks and some shoes. But thankfully Frisk brought them overalls. ((For females it would be an overall skirt or males just normal overall shorts. Females can also wear the shorts.))

So the day of the celebration Y/n got dressed. They put on their favorite f/c sweater and the overalls, then over it they put on their favorite s/f/c scarf. They put on their shoes.

Once they got there a random skeleton started hugging Papa and crying.Y/n was confused but decided to find Frisk so they could hide behind them. ((My fellow introverts know this feeling)). Now don't get me wrong. Y/n was a cheerful girl. But she was surrounded by monsters she didn't know. Some of them scared her.

When Frisk felt the younger child hugging her/him, she/he smiled and crouched down to talk to the smol six year old.

((Y/N IS A SMOL OKAY?))

"What's wrong Y/n?"
"These new monsters scare me..."
"They won't hurt you!"
"B-but what about that scary goat lady that was glaring at me?"
".........Give me one second......

YO! CHARA C'MERE FOR A SECOND"
"*SHOOK*"

Frisk introduced the smol to Chara. Chara decided to just talk and play with the smol. Now by 'play' I mean he/she just stood a few feet away from the smol watching them play in the snow. Eventually the smol noticed when Chara fell asleep. They took a snowball but decided they were also tired so they fell asleep right next to Chara. Now Chara noticed that the smol was 'gone' and panicked. Until Chara noticed that the smol was just sleeping right next to them. "C'mon small partner" Chara teleported them to the couch in His/her house. they both ended up sleeping so long that Papyrus and Frisk were freaking out until they found them sleeping and decided to let them sleep.

I only write Fluffs, no lemons. They make me uncomfortable. Believe I told someone this on my old account and they agreed... I think their name was Rose? Can't remember .... I was forced to delete wattpad somewhere around May....and I have a bad memory...
