I want to reconcile old friendships and get over things and be the bigger person, I have Johnny anyways and he's everything to me.
I stare at my phone, wasting time, and too nervous to do anything.
Then I pick up my phone and go to brynns number. I go to send her a text message.

- Kenzie: Hey Brynn it's kenz, it's been 2 years and I miss you and hope we can hangout soon. Are you interested?
- Brynn: Of course! I missed you too kenz, you don't know how sorry I am. How's today? we could meet at the grove?
I think for a minute before responding but realize if I wanna reconnect I should start some how.
- Kenzie: Sure does 12 work?
- Brynn: yep! see you soon :)
- Kenzie : you too
I shut my phone off thinking to myself how this is gonna turn out. It could go two ways. Very bad and more drama, or very good and being friends again.
I look at the clock it's 11:30 and I go to take a quick shower.

After my shower it's now 11:40, and I out on my black ripped jeans and a cute top.

It's now 11:45 and it takes 20 minutes to get to the grove so i'm gonna be a little late. I run to my range rover and quickly get in it.

I arrive at the grove and head to starbucks and I see brynn waiting outside, I walk over and sit down.
"Hey sorry i'm late I didn't keep track of time" I say and she looks at me and says "no it's okay I just got here"
"kenzie i'm so sorry. I should have told you." brynn says looking guilty.
"Brynn it's fine it was 2 years ago and I have someone else special in my life" I said with a smile "besides a missed talking all the tea with you" I added
she laughs and says "oooo I heard about you new boo, me and annie wer- sorry I probably shouldn't mention her" brynn says
"brynn like I said it's fine mention her all you want she may have done something horrible but i'm over it, how are they anyway please tell me?" I say
"Well uh they have been dating on a off for 2 years, they both felt so bad after the whole thing went down. They both tried to apologize to you but by then you moved and blocked them" she said
"Yeah I didn't want toxic people in my life at the time after the whole thing with dance moms, and abby I just couldn't deal with drama." I said
"yeah I get it what happened at dance moms is just. I don't even know." she said
By the time we ended our conversation it was 2 pm so we decided to go home and hangout another time.
"hey kenz I need to meet your boyfriend. I need to approve of him" she said with a smirk.
"Of course brynn" I said laughing and headed home with a great mindset.
