Dream; g.d.

I walk into the house drunk off my ass. I'm giggling like crazy and no matter how hard I try not to I still laugh. I walk into my room and somehow clean myself up.

I set an ibuprofen and a water bottle for the next morning, then wipe off my excess makeup. I splash some cold water on my face and take off my clothes. I put on a Batman onesie and walk right into my bed. I pull the covers on myself and close my eyes. Goodnight y/n. I whisper to myself.

Dream:

I was on a rainbow made from cotton candy. I look around and start eating it. Mmmmm it tastes good. It's like I could really taste the sugar on my tongue seeping towards the back of my throat melting. I slide down the rainbow and as expected there's a gold chest.

"Yesssssss!" I grab the gold and stuff some in my pocket then see there's gumdrops, chocolate, and taffy at the bottom. I immediately try to scarf down the candy goodness. Out of no where a hot guy comes through shirtless. He has a blonde streak in his hair and has basketball shorts on. He's shirtless and looking fine as hell.

"Well hello!" I say. He smiles and waves. "I'm y/n." I say.

"Grayson." He smiles at me.

"Nice to meet you Grayson, but why are you shirtless?" I ask. He chuckles and shrugs.

"Why are you in a Batman onesie?" I look down and sure enough I'm wearing my onesie.

"I wore it to bed." I shrug. He nods and comes closer. We start a conversation why eating a whole bunch of candies.

"I'm going to be sad when I wake up. You won't be there since you're just a Dream." I tell him. He looks over at me confused.

"What are you talking about I'm dreaming right now?" He looks confused. That makes me scrunch my eyebrows confused.

"That's not possible." I say. He shrugs. I start to hear a beeping noise.

"Do you hear that?" I ask.

"Hear what?"

"That beeping noise." He shrugs and shakes his head. Everything start to disappear.

"Wait Gray-"

End of Dream

What the hell? My clock is beeping to wake me up for school. I guess that's what I get for drinking and partying on a Sunday. I wonder about Grayson. I'm sad that I never learned his last name.

I get ready for the day by putting on some black jeans with black converse and a long sleeve purple shirt. I throw on my beanie and brush my teeth, hair, then put on deodorant. I look cute. 😉. I head to school towards my locker.

"Boo!" A voice calls out.

"Not gonna work." I say. The person sighs and turns me. Immediately I figure out it's my best friend Kate.

"It never works anymore." She sighs and slumps.

"Keyword never." I say and smirk. I start telling her about my Dream last night.

"Hmm seems suspicious. It seems that you have lucid dreaming." I look quite confused at her. "It's a dream where you have control over what happens or influences it." She says.

"Oh-" I start but she cuts me off and says..

"Hi oh!" (Jake, Chance, and Anthony reference) I laugh at her and walk to class. Just as we get to class the intercom starts.

"Can Miss. y/n y/l/n come to the office? Miss. Y/n y/l/n to the office." I sigh and walk out of the classroom while the rest of the kids ooh and she got in trouble. I walk into the office and see our principal Mr. Kelly.

"Hey Mr. Kelly what can I help yah with? Am I in trouble?" I ask.

"No you're not in trouble," he chuckles, "I just need you to tour these two men. Mr and Mr. Dolan." I nod and walk over to them. I see one is looking down with a beanie on their head and the other is playing with his fingers. The one playing with his fingers looks up and smiles.

"Hi I'm Ethan and that's my twin brother Grayson." Omg he looks just like Grayson from my Dream last night. I smile and try to not think of him shirtless.

"Hey I'm y/n and I'll be showing you around school." I smile at him. Grayson looks up quickly and looks so surprised at me. Does he remember the dream? Probably not. "Alright let's get going!" I show them around the whole school and state some facts about myself as well as the school.

"Here's our schedules." Ethan hands me their schedules. I smile at them.

"Looks like you're stuck with me for the rest of the year." I smile and chuckle lightly.

"What?" Grayson says for the first time to me today. He sounds exactly like in the dream.

"We all got the same classes." I say. He nods and I bring them to home room.

"Miss. Y/l/n what can I do for you?" The teacher asks. I point to the boys and she nods. She starts giving a whole speech about them and how their new. After class Grayson pulls me aside.

"This is gonna sound crazy, but have we met before?" He asks looking between me and his fingers. He looks so nervous.

"Was I wearing a Batman onesie and you were wearing basketball shorts with no shirt?" I ask. He looks at me with wide eyes and whispers a faint yes.

"Welcome to Rosewood High." I smile and walk away leaving my number in his hands. I can feel his stare on me as I walk away.
