Ashley
My alarm clock blared into my ears.
I grunted and slammed it off. Yes, slammed. I slammed it so hard that I broke it.
I really hope that no-one messes with me today.
I dragged myself to my closet and threw on a oversized hoodie that covered my shorts. I put on heels (lol what not) and sunglasses.
SHIT! I have 10 minutes to get to school.
Where did the time go? I looked at my broken clock...literally.
I furiously grabbed my coffee and got into my car.
Once I got to school the hallways were still busy. At my locker, Melony was leaning playing with her phone.
"Wow, no Sam." I gave her a bitchy smirk.
"I came here to apologize." I could tell she was sad because her voice cracked at the end.
"Why?"
"I told Sam I loved him and all he did was stare at me," she gently slammed her head against a locker, "I'm such an idiot."
My blood was boiling, nobody broke up with Melony. Melony broke up with people. I gave her a hug, "Can you tell the teacher there is a lot of traffic and I'm going to be late?"
"Sure why?"
"I have business to take care of." I squeezed her shoulder and walked off to find Sam. Bitch is about to get it.
People gave me looks as my highs clacked against the floor, and my fists were in balls.
The football team was coming down the hall acting as if the run the place. I rolled my eyes and walked up right to them.
"Do you know who is Sam Dean?" I asked the rather rudely.
Some gave me whistles, some gave me a laugh, and others just stared where my eyes definitely aren't. I stared down the football captain (or at least I think he is) until he gave me the answer.
"Yeah, he's in the boys locker room getting ready for-"
"Don't give a shit." I waved him off and walked off the boys locker room.
I don't know where that is but I'll look.
Once I made it there I open the door with my foot.
"Sam!" I friendly yelled.
"Oh my god, Ashley." he was only in a towel but I clearly was unfazed my that.
I walked up to him and got in his face as close as I could, "How's Melony?"
His eyes went a little sad, "Look I-"
I slapped him before he could say anything.
"Watch. Your. Back. Sam. Gean." I catwalks my way out. I ran into a body right when I opened the door. I looked up to see Mason. "GET OUT OF MY WAY!"
I stepped aside and I brushed my shoulder against his.
*lunch
"Really Ashley?" Melony asked as she sat down across from me. I took a bite of my sandwich.
"What?" I asked with my mouth full. Gross. I know.
"Everyone knows that you went into the boys locker room and slapped Sam. You even threatened him."
"The guys have some nice abs." I said winking.
We laughed and she sipped her chocolate milk.
"You're one crazy bitch."
"I know" I gave her a smile. I want to tell Melony that I took over my dad's business but maybe school isn't the best location to do so.
"Anyways, do you want to go to the mall after school?" she asked resting her chin on her hand.
"Nah, I'm busy." I said peeling of the crust.
"Doing what?!" she asked.
I leaned and whispered, "I joined."
She look at me confused. I gave her a "really" look and thought for about a minute. "NO YOU DIDN'T!" she screamed so loudly that everyone looked our way.
I looked around the cafeteria, "What?!"
They flinched and the cafeteria was loud again.
"You joined the gang..." Melony whispered.
"Yep, I needed to."
She gave me a smile, "Whatever floats your boat." Then it looked like she has seen a ghost, I turned and saw Mason walking to our table. I turned back around and rolled my eyes.
"Ashley, we need to talk." he said resting his hand on the table.
"Yeah?" I didn't bother looking at him.
"Um alone?" he said getting closer to my face.
I gave a Melony a shrug and walked out with Mason following close behind me. The next thing I know is that I'm in a janitors closet and it smells the pot.
I guess if I was a janitor I would want to get a little high.
"Yes Mason?"
"Um...please don't kick me out of the gang."
DID I JUST HEAR A PLEASE?
"I wasn't going to, I know you're one of the bests." I might have done a little research about every single person through Brian.
He gave me a surprised look, "You know people don't like you being the new leader."
"Poor me." I laughed. I knew a bunch of men wouldn't want a woman to lead their little posey.
He laughed as well and squeezed my arm. I swear felt a burst of energy.
"That's what I like about you Clarkson." and with that he left.
Did he just say what I think he said?
Uh-oh Ashley...
This is not good.
No.
Feelings.
Ok.
Stop.
Talking.
About.
It.
Now.
