Summer's p.o.v
1 month later

I haven't left my room since I got back from the hospital and that was over three weeks ago. I have been so depressed since Diego decided to leave me, but I feel like todays the day I need to wake up and get back out there.

My friends have been so worried about me and I think I've worried them enough so I finally left my room this morning ready to go shopping with my girl.

"Good Morning" I said walking into the kitchen where Kayla and Ethan were. Their heads snapped in my direction making me giggle a bit "Summer how are you?" Kayla asked jumping up from her chair to come hug me, I hugged her back and looked at Ethan. "I'm doing better but is your boyfriend ok?" I asked as he sat in his chair in shock just staring at me. "Oh he's fine he's just missed you a lot, I mean you're his best friend and he hasn't seen you in a while." She informed me as I started walking over towards him.

"Hey bestie you good?" I walked up and hugged him. He just sat there and stared at me until he finally got up and picked me up to spin me around. "You're actually here. You were in there for so long I thought we lost you for good." He said tears streaming down his face.

"Well I'm fine so can you put me down now." I laughed and he squeezed me tighter before finally setting me down. He smiled at me and sat back down in his seat. "Anyway I'm feeling better than what i was before so...let's have a little party?" I suggested. They both looked at each then back at me. "Are you absolutely sure that you're ready to have a party I mean you can't even drink or smoke so what's the point?" Ethan asked.

"Hmm just cause i can't do some things doesn't mean we can't have a party." Ethan nodded along with Kayla. "Fine but we need to go shopping!" Kayla squealed at the idea. I giggled and nodded as I walked away to go get ready.

20 minutes later

"Are you ready?!" Kayla yelled from downstairs. I walked downstairs and answered "Yeah Im ready but i need you to take a picture of me before we leave." I said putting my shoes on and grabbing the keys to the car.

We walked outside and I handed Kayla my phone as we stopped near some bushes.

Kayla's p.o.v

I sat there and watched laugh at the comments on her recent photo. I'm glad she's feeling better but I feel like she's putting up a front.

I park the car in the parking lot of the mall and look at her.

"Kayla I know what you're thinking and no i'm not putting up a front just for you guys so you don't worry. I'm actually feeling better and I need to be strong for this baby so I had to get it together." She states not even looking at me. "I'll believe you when you look at my face and say that again cause right now I don't believe you."

She turned in her seat and looked straight into my eyes and repeated the exact same thing to me which made me smile. I could see the determination in her eyes and I knew she wasn't faking anymore.

"Ok I believe you and I also know that you need to look bomb as fuck tonight cause you were right about what you said soon you won't be able to fit tight clothes anymore." I laughed while getting out of the car. She laughed with me as we started walking into the mall.

3 hours later

Summer's p.o.v

We've been walking around the store for about three hours and still found nothing for us to wear at the party.

"Ugh are we ever going to find a store for us to look in." I whined not wanting to walk anymore.

I realized Kayla was stopped in her tracks a few feet away from me. "Look at that store over there." She says pointing to a store Ive never seen before.

"Hmm you wan-" "Yes!" she squealed taking off towards the store. I chuckled to myself at her child like actions and quickly followed after her.

"Oh my gosh this store is fuckin amazing!" She yelled turning in circles looking at the clothes in front of her. "You're right these clothes look really good especially that outfit over there"

I walked over to it and held it up to myself.
"What do you think?" "Omg that would look so good on you!" She said looking back and forth between me and the outfit. After I found my outfit we went on to finding one for her.

1 hour later

We finally arrived back home after four hours of shopping to find the right outfits. Kayla and I ran up stairs to get ready as the party was soon about to start.

ok so...ik I haven't updated in a while and I apologize for that but with school and other things I just need to sort everything out first before I had time to write again. Also the next chapter will be the last chapter for this book until the sequel so enjoy.
